The Landing
There are homeless people squatting in a unit and they are trying to jack up the rent and parking prices. Avoid this place.

I applied for a monthly rental as stated on their website and application form.The communication was lacking over the application process and I had to follow up constantly. The customer service was not good.I would not waste your time at the Landing.
