BE CAREFUL here, full of scammers when it comes to your bill. They ADDED TIP automatically WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE and we just found out about it once receipt was asked after the transaction. This happened with 2 guys and 1 old lady. Another incident was when they charged a friend from my group TWICE the next day after our visit. I get that credit card transactions are often delayed, but this was a debit transaction where payments automatically get taken from the bank account, but the fact that the payment was charged twice is sketchy. Will be reporting and yes, we still have the receipt and bank statements to prove this.

Very clean and professional establishment. The Karaoke mics and interface is easy to use and configure. Plus they have a decent selection of songs. The customer service is outstanding and they were very kind to me. Will definitely return!

The staff were very nice, but the location is pretty sketchy looking, and there's no airflow in the rooms so it gets pretty uncomfortable. Also the equipment is pretty outdated. There are other places that have nicer song selection setups that I would prefer to this one.

Looks sketchy but it's not. Great service and a wide selection of songs. The mics were decent and the sound system was good. If you're eating and there's a loud grouo there isn't much soundproofing.Cool angel wing art outside too.

First time doing Karaoke. Much preferred this to doing it at an open bar. The entrance was a little sketchy, but nice inside. Very friendly staff, a little under-manned and service for food and drink took some time. But, honestly, was a lot of fun and very enjoyable.The food is more snacky + shareables rather than meals. Drinks are a bit pricy but very delicious.Super recommend trying it out. You will need to call ahead of time to reserve a room and give a headcount. Drinks served after 9pm but good times are served from dusk til dawn.

It's a really fun place, and their songs are pretty up to date. Only thing is the rooms get stuffy and aren't ventilated. And it gets really hot. I just keep asking for water.We had fun!

There aren't many Karaoke Pubs around but this one is not too bad. The only thing is for songs you gotta know what you are looking for. So you better come prepared :D you still search and enter using the Controller you probably all recognize when you see it. And probably used to have a book with a list of songs But don't have one anymore. It's honestly a good time with your friends!

When I first came here with family in 2017, I had a great time. It was cheap, clean and had lovely service. They gave us about ~30min of extra time and free water, as well as a song selection book. It was my first time visiting a Korean-managed karaoke place but the staff were great about it and we left feeling very satisfied.My recent visit with my friends wasn't on par. The pricing has gone up which is understandable due to inflation. But there were other changes that shocked me... upon entering, no fabric mic covers (to prevent spit from messing up the mics) were provided, which I thought were a bit unsanitary considering the coronavirus is still lingering. No song book to choose from; if it were for beginners, they would waste a good amount of time trying to figure out how to input songs in the machine. I don't expect 5-star service with free water and extra karaoke time, but the person working at the counter could have at least acted like he wanted to be there. Honestly, a simple thank you" would have sufficed.Probably not coming back considering we don't live in Surrey and the quality of this place has gone down. With all due respect

It's a nice vibe for late night outs with your friends. The calamari was decent - the real stars were the alcoholic drinks :)Only thing I would say is, however, it was a bit confusing for people who have never been there before. My friends - who had never been - needed help navigating. Usually there's a songbook, which would've helped them a lot + would've just been convient overall instead of needing to type the song in and seeing whether or not it's available.(Can't remember if they used to have songbooks when I first visited 2 years)
