Any review higher than a 1, are written by staff. I have emailed, called to complain about pest control, raccoons in the ceiling and NO ONE is responding. Raccoons are living in between apt and roof because they haven't fixed the roof in months since I complained. Will be going to Landlord and tenant board on Monday. Have enough evidence for a case.

It’s the worst building management for 49 Thorncliffe park dr. They don’t fix anything after several maintenance requests. They could not an elevator for a month. Worst building manager ever.

They have to get on top of a lot of issues with their buildings. The elevator has been shutdown for almost 2 months now. I have a neighbour with a water burst. Have had some issues with appliances that they came around to fix but then it was replaced with something that leaked. That said the facilities are nice when they are open and the rent is somewhat manageable.

Rented a apartment for my family. Was taken care very well from showing till moving. Amazing support by their property manager. They believe in caring for customers and will go out of their way to deliver the satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for renting a condo. Give it a try and I am sure they will not let you down. The whole experience is what is worth paying for. 5 stars for these guys. Cheers!

Awful Management and Maintenance team, 1477 we signed to move on August 1st and when we came to check the unit before signing the inspection report, we found multiple issues like the bathroom sink were in a terrible condition, wall tiles of the bathroom terrible condition too and the light switches broken, moreover the kitchen cabinet very dirty and drawers broken cant be closed or open, nevertheless, the fridge handle broken and the curtains unleveled and broken. On top of this, they gave us the wrong keys when we spoke to the Manager. Corrado didn't seem to care or apologized for the inconvenience we facing instead he was insisting that our lease starts on August 1st and the payment starts from that day even though we don't have the keys and when we called they said it's not ready yet and it's already august fifth now, Friendly advice stay away from this place because they only care about the money and they don't want to invest in cleaning the place or do any replacement for damaged items, moreover zero customer service and Management team.

I just moved to one of their buildings, the Elmwoods, one kilometer away from the headofficd. I'm paying over $2300 in rent and they're still fixing issues in the apartment 3 weeks later. There is a nasty cockroach infestation in the building. I find 5 or 6 cockroaches every night. The apartment was treated befir my move and again few days ago and I still find them every night. Other issues include horrible paint job with splotches and uneven surface, chipped sink and countertops, old kitchen cabinets, fthy windows, old soild blinds, rusted bathtub and disgusting discolored shower tiles.

I live in 1547 Mississauga Valley Bvld. This place has become a pigs sty since the last 1 year. There are rats and rodents and the building management does nothing. When we ask for help we are told is not an emergency and it can wait. The exact words it's just a mouse and it's not an emergency" I would have to wait 3 days till they came to sort this out. Even after mentioning we have small kids they didn't care. This is a horrible place to live and the management is even worse. Time to move out."

Worst experience at this company. Went to 1477 Mississauga Valley blvd to see rentals and the service was terrible. I arrived on time and had to wait for the management to show me around the place and they couldnt answer any of my questions in regards to the apartment. It was a complete waste of my time and hence I asked to speak with the manager to address my concerns. The manager Kimberly had no regards and did not care to address my issues with the staff as they did not know what they were doing. It is very unorganized and unprofessional and I am pleased to have seen this before beginning to rent from them

Moved into their 1423 Mississauga Valley location and it is absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. Here are FEW of the things that were the issue: 1. first day of move in and the office was closed, super intendant was not allowing us to move in as he was not notified of us booking the elevator etc., 2. on move in day the apartment was not even properly cleaned, 3. they did not give any payment receipts, 4. they were inconsistent with automatic withdrawals from all tenants, etc. The list goes on... I will NEVER deal with this company for any housing needs ever again and do NOT suggest anyone does

I visited an apartment i was interested stated all my dissatisfaction, i was told everything will be in place before i move in 1st October 2020 i move in and nothing was done the ceiling wasn't fix i ask for the refrigerator to be changed was very small for a family of 3 still waiting. I called abt an hr ago stating half of my apartment is not having electricity still no one has shown up maybe i wt pay rent for the December 2020 and see what they do.
