My dog LOVES this place. He browses the aisles whole getting lots of attention and treats from the staff, picking out his favorite goodies from bins set up for discerning doggie selection. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable and helpful, foods are fresh, wash tubs are clean. One stop shop for all our pet needs.

Upon arrival 3 cashiers talking at the cash station, No greeting but they looked at me. I shopped and when ready to cash out, only one cashier on the floor chatting with a lady customer (it was obvious they were friends). I waited a few minutes then shouted hello, excuse me, no response. Then a young girl walked out of the back room, saw me and turned left to address the dog wash station. Left my wanted purchases on the counter and left! By the way, there was only me and the lady chatting as customers. Poor excuse for customer service at this location, I’ll never go back.

Toys, accessories, and food selection for cats and dogs was great. Poor selection for hamster food, enclosure fluff and toys. Some staff were wonderful while others were rather avoidant. Overall good experience and would shop there again if I am not shopping for the hamsters.

The staff and store is great. However, the groomers there don’t know what they’re doing. Paid 40% premium for a 18$ wash and blowout I could have done myself. They didn’t even cut his nails or trim him! Strongly would not recommend the groomers there. Not going back.

Worst grooming experience ever! Charged 35% more than quoted price despite giving all the details breed, weight size etc. Moreover, didn’t even do a decent job despite the premium charge. Will never go back nor recommend for grooming.However, the store seems to have good and reasonably priced selection of items.

Good prices but not the greatest experience from staff first time being here. Four employees all standing behind the till talking to each other and not a single one of them offered help and to top it off when I asked a question about a price the response I got was I don’t know, didn’t even bother to look it up for me. This is really poor customer service to me.

Great store, friendly staff. They have a good selection of foods, treats, toys, and accessories for your pet. They have grooming services on site, but you need to make an appointment first.
