They offered my dog a treat - I asked what it was (my boy has a pretty bad pork allergy) and the associate looked at me like I like four heads, he informed me that it was beef - I’m not exactly sure which treat it was but it definitely had pork in it as my dog had a reaction and that’s the only thing out of the norm he had. The associates also talked down to me while I was in store.They had a pretty good wet cat food selection.

This place is amazing. The staff here are always so helpful. I have been going to this store for 12 years and they've always made great suggestions for helping me with my dog's digestive issues and later his old dog issues. I recently lost my fur baby and contacted the store to let them know. They were so kind and empathetic. Stacey, Mary & Ian are wonderful people and...they've got a great selection of food, treats and other products for your fur babies.

Finally...a store where we can navigate through our Shih Tzu's allergies and food sensitivities. Ian's knowledge of dog food (and dogs in general) is incredible, but not entirely surprising after 30 years in the industry.

The employees at this store are AMAZING!!! I spoke to three different people today and they all went out of their way to help me make a special delivery for a friend when my family was quarantined and I couldn't do it myself. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! They made it a really special experience for us and we will definitely shop there again.
