Ordered 4 timbits and got milk instead. Opened when got home. Drove back to the store. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes & was given 3 only. No one even apologized for the mistake and 20 minutes of my time

These people are so sneaky, they make you stay and wait to get your change back in hopes that you'll just leave. They make sure to take your money, give you your items and wait to see if you've driven off. If no one says keep the change, give them their money back. They also don't tell you if you have a free item with your rewards card and just keep your cash. Lots of us work minimum wage jobs and don't get tipped. Stop being greedy.

Absolutely horrible experience! Every time I come to this location the afternoon shift always get my order wrong. They will repeat the order back to us at the speaker and it usually is correct, but by the time we get to the window the order is wrong. They will have missed something or not charged for an item making me wait extra waiting for the item to be made. From now on I will be going to another location and recommending to everyone not to bother with this store. This store has been the worst location I have ever been to.

Typical Tim Hortons. Unfortunately not in the best location. It's busy enough that they should expand the drive through to two lanes. Its often lined out to the road blocking traffic.

One of the best Tim’s. Warm customer service, top notch cleanliness. Above all, they keep their cabinet full with food, super liked it, fresh and whole lot variety.

I’m so disappointed at the quality of the product that I got today (7th of March- between 1:00- 2:30 pm) from this branch in Oshawa. The bagel I got was totally black and burned from inside. This is so humiliating! I got the bagel for my three-year old son who sadly ate half and couldn’t eat the other half. I was shocked when I saw the inside of the bagel which for sure was seen by the staff who spread the cheese and covered the black burnt! This is so rude and can’t be accepted!How come you treat your customers with such careless actions that affect their health!!!!I was visiting a friend from far away and unfortunately I couldn’t go back to the branch to complain. I wish I had the chance ! I just wish!
