Turning Point Restaurant Golden BC
So many places in town wouldn’t do much to accommodate our two Heelers for patio seating, but this restaurant was by far the most dog friendly in town. In addition to that, their food portions were exceptionally large but also delicious. We had the beet and goat cheese salad, elk burger with Greek salad, lasagna and Thai green chili bowl with prawns. All of them were great, and they had one of the best Moscow Mules (in a copper cup, a must) I’ve had at a bar or restaurant.

Got take out on our way through Golden camping. Tipped 13% for the front desk to hand me food and I got a look from the girl there. No biggie. We opened a burger meal and the lettuce on this burger was so rotten it was blackened and slimy, 3 leaves in one gross cohesive mass. The meal was not consumed and made us all look distasteful not just at this meal but the rest. Calamari was underdone, tuna poke advertised coconut rice and it was yellow and more like Greek rice? Very little sauce with canned style fruit on it and overripe avocado. Bad presentation. Ginger pork was okay, nothing to write home about. If you can go somewhere else in Golden, I recommend you do. Spent $100 before tax for all this and none of us were happy.

Excellent food, excellent service, great beer. If you only have one night in Golden, go here. The food options are great I wish I had more time to eat more of the dishes. The flavour of the red Panang curry bowl was great.

Poor service towards us but not on the other tables. We remove this restaurant in our go-to-list in visiting GoldenBC that we usually provide to all our clients because they are racists. We decided to dine here right after our wild rafting adventure. Upon getting the menu, a crew approached us already and spoke as if she wanted us to order right away. We are new in this restaurant that’s why we are still taking time to check what to eat but the crew sounded as if she wanted us to just order and leave right away. Food is good, but they treated us differently and made it uncomfortable for us. Noone has ever approached us unlike the other tables around in which the crews have asked for like 3x if how is it going during the dine. They kept on passing our table not even looking at us. We asked for a menu for drinks but because of the cold treatment, we decided to leave and move to another restaurant. We really felt uncomfortable and felt like they’re being racists. Sadly, we did not give any tip unlike how we used to do and we decided to remove this restaurant in the go-to-list of restaurants to visit in Golden that we provide to all our clients, family and friends.

We were a group of five, each of us agreed, we did have world's best pizza. The dough, the taste and fresh ingredients made it awesome. Highly recommend. Love the place.customer service. Family owned and run, very humble background.

Delicious food and desserts. Very friendly staff and great place to come with your family. We ordered the elk burger and the chili chicken bites, plus the strawberry cheesecake. The elk was so good, highly recommend! Chili chicken was very fresh with tasty veggies.

Foods were amazing! Such big servings. Medium pizza looks large, prime steak perfectly cooked, full rack of ribs delish! Staff were friendly not to forget the wonderful manager, Megan. Such a sweet gesture to run after us to give a free dessert for my hubby, who celebrated his birthday!Worth every dollar here!

Well, from the outside it looks like you are walking into a fancy establishment. But once inside, it's much more relaxed. Clean and welcoming. The menu is a little big for the size of the restaurant but food was good. Elk burger and fish and chips. Prices are a little high but not too bad. It is Deffenitly welcoming for families and children.

The service was so great, the food was incredible with generous portions. Three of us had pasta and it was sooooo good. Atmosphere was good too.
