Not bad burgers and fries. But little more expensive than other burger joints. About the same quality interior as other places as well. With the coupons, we had a pretty good decent meal combos. We were full when we came out so portion size seems pretty decent. This place is attached to the Guildford mall so it is quite convenient.

Milkshake was good. Burger basically tasted like a whopper and was cold, fries were cold and old. There is a tablet ringing at the cashier while she's trying to work. She's busy entering I think online orders instead of serving people in store.. altogether pretty boring place nothing special. Might as well go to Burger King the food was very similar

The owner of that restaurant attended us and he was very polite and friendly. Food was excellent in presentation and temperature. It was my son's birthday and he wanted to go there. My wife asked him if they offered anything to birthday kids and he said no but he said he would give him anything he wanted and gave him a delicious milkshake. The restaurant could use some more lighting and some music. They should polish their windows too. Other than that, it's a very good place overall.

Their burger taste even better than TripleO's burger. I really loved it. The burger's patties is soft and juicy. Price not much different from TripleO's. The only thing I don't like about this place is their cleanliness. The tables and floor are sticky. The whole environment make you feel uncomfortable when you dine-in.

This burger shop is the only Carl's Jr. left in greater Vancouver as long as I know. It's conveniently located at the entrance of Guilford Mall close to parking lot. Not so crowded and they make your burgers to order so be patient and wait a few minutes. Quality is great and burgers are char broiled and yummy. Their strawberry milkshake is a n awesome choice.

Wow I didn't know we had this in Canada.I came because of the YouTube video by Nigahiga. Nevertheless I probably won't be coming back.I like how the staff bring the food to you and how ambient the restaurant is.However,It's too expensive. My GOODNESS it's even more expensive than dine in PLACES. one burger is $9 and a meal is $13. I could easily get a $8 meal anywhere else with more portions and healthier options.The food is too heavy. I ate the healthiest option I could see: the lettuce wrap burger. I felt nauseous after. The burger was drenched in mayonnaise and I felt like throwing up even hours later.The waffle fries tasted like pizza pops (which was cool) but the portions were horrible and it was way too expensive. Even my church sells them for cheaper and bigger portions.The menu is too messy too. I was trying to navigate myself through the menu but it's just too much info with bad design and organizing.I never got to try the wraps, other burgers or the desserts but I think I'll pass. I'll save the money and the health. :)

Bad customer service, we ordered 2 hamburger fries and drinks, presentation on the products really poor, nothing like the picture, food was cold and for the price we paid not worthy. I don't recommend it and I will never going back

The bottom of the bun was falling apart, the lettuce piece was hard and thick and there was too much sauce, everything was slipping out and it was a huge mess to eat. It seems like the same beef patty as Burger King. I would rather get a whopper than this famous star cheeseburger. I am greatly disappointed :(

Good option for burgers and fries. I particularly like the criss-cut fries. It's much better than the seasonal one that McDonalds have.

I have been meaning to write this for awhile. Last I visited, I wished i would have just left and I definitely should have. It was very messy everywhere you looked. The pop machine was very obviously broken/clogged and pop was all over the floor and overflowing out the trays. I had never been to carls Jr. before and I had asked the staff about what was on the Burger. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions. The staff was really unfriendly to the point I wanted to leave. We got our food and tried to find a clean table, which was hard. There was food on the floor at most tables and the whole room made you feel sticky. My boyfriend used the bathroom and took a picture of beside the sink (see photo) which shows exposed BX which apparently is supposed to be in the wall and is an electrical hazard. Right next to a sink! Not only that there was a missing handle on the bathroom door. The food was also unfortunately bad. Definitely won't be going back.
