William was prompt, professional and trustworthy. He stands behind his work and has his customers best interests at heart. A case in point, his team brought to my attention, defective material that was supplied by the manufacturer during the installation recommending we stop the work. Will went to bat to have the entire shipment taken back and replaced with brand new material. He checked in with me regularly, providing updates on the expected arrival of the new material and when it was received he crew was onsite the next day. The crew is professional, courteous and they kept our property clean during the whole installation process. I would not hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them for any roofing work you need to have done.

Full House Roofing did a repair to my roof for me. I called the original contractors and never heard back, and when I called Full House they came that morning and did the repair promptly. Both the person I spoke to on the phone to book and the roofer who came to do the repair were courteous and professional. I will be using them again in the future if I ever need a new roof or another repair.

I had a roof leak on Dec.23/2022. I reached out several times by phone and email to the roofing company who had worked on my roof in the past to no avail. Full House came highly recommended by a retired Kingston roofer that I had reached out to. I left Full House a vm on Jan 06/2023, the assessment was done the morning of Jan 09/2023 and the temporary repair was completed that afternoon by Jordan and Dawson.. The permanent repair was dependent upon the outdoor temperatures being above +7C and dry. Once those conditions were met my roof was expertly repaired by Jordan and Zach. They left the site perfectly clean and were very polite and respectful.It is rare in today's world to find a company like Full House Roofing. Professional, extremely competent, very knowledgeable and always polite. A true pleasure to deal with in every way.

I had severe wind damage on my roof and I first put out a calls to many roofers but only William and his Full House Roofers got back immediately. He showed up with his drone to find how the damage was far greater than thought. He actually came back the same day at temporarily cover the damage. William and his team did a great job compared to the poorer one done before, when corners were cut. People depend one pros to show the the difference better and best, we take their word so when the original started to deteriorate and rip off and blow away we knew they were not quality. William explained the difference between the ones we had and better quality shingles . The team of young men worked expertly and quickly, explaining what was going on because there were quality differences ie. The thickness was evident, the quality underlayway better and the ridge line was thicker with a better material to allow the heat to escape.. They are the company to use, they give more, are there when you need them. They left the area completely clean and were friendly I recommend Full House to anyone who needs repair or a new roof.
