The Popeyes experience should be, hot, fresh food. A staff that strives for good quality and decently quick service. Unfortunately, no such experience exists here, at least for myself. Who's to blame is up for debate. Perhaps those who work there don't have the passion they should. (Not that I could blame them for this location in London, our downtown ain't exactly a pretty sight). Perhaps due to a mismanaged store, these poor souls are trapped into an endless loop of not knowing exactly how a store, let alone a kitchen should be run. I cannot pin the blame on any one person. What I can say is, whoever is in charge there needs to step up a bit more to make sure the food being served is safe to eat. I have recieved dry, chewy, and somewhat grey meat from this location. If no-one is going to take responsibility for the quality, then the location should not even exist. Those who work there because they have no other choice, I get why some of you may not put forth a great deal of effort, but I still wish you all the best and hope even one of you can make even a small difference in the quality of service and food.

I read all the reviews and it was my main reason for not going. To anyone who is basing their decision solely on online reviews, I suggest trying it yourself before making any real decisions. Here's why...I have been going here for about a month or so. I've never had a problem.The staff have always been friendly, courteous, and attentive. My order has never been 'wrong'. Food is always fresh, cooked to temperature (never over/undercooked).Its pretty much common knowledge in the food industry and those who have worked within it. Lunch and supper rush orders tend to get overwhelming for most fast food places. So if you are having it delivered, the combination of few delivery drivers during certain hours, and a lot of orders having to be delivered during those hours, it only stands to reason there may be an issue.Young people working their first job and being trained to remember all these things while having to interact with the (need I say it) Karens of the world" and the evergrowing list of demands of individuals who demand perfection from the world yet have no thought or consideration that these employees are not beneath you. They are in the 'service' industry. They are real human beings and should be treated as such. They receive next to nothing. Just like the rest of the world

Place is cheap, have almost exclusively received under counts of whatever I order. Always filthy, staff never clean the dining room, let alone the cooking area. Served me a RAW chicken tender last time I went in (pic attached.) Complained to Popeyes, corporate says they simply cannot get this manager to respond. Disorganized. Couldnt even get my money back. Can't imagine I'll be going back.

Went here to save $20 by not ordering through Uber Eats and I wish I drove to another location. This Popeyes looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic and half of the fountain drink options were water instead of the intended option. I thought if anything the food would be half decent but it doesn't look or taste very good. I understand that the store isn't in an ideal location but there isn't one positive from this experience.

Stale chicken, you can also make out that they’ve re-used the oil quite a bit. I usually don’t rate so low and have been a regular at Popeyes for years. It happen a while back too and I decided to give this location another chance due to its proximity, but was left utterly disappointed, had to throw most of the food away. The best branch will always be in Oxbury mall, stark difference between the two. :(

Order through uber eats, wasted $60 on a family meal no one can eat the meat isn't cooked straight up raw. The gravy is the beans mix with very old gravy disgusting. The Fry's even taste awful...I said at least the biscuits aren't horrible but nope they are taste like eating raw flour.....DONT order from here. So disappointed

Got there at 3:30am order chicken strips mild and buddy behind the counter refused to make them because they were closing he said! Mind you the restaurant doesn’t close until 4:30am a whole hour! So instead he gave me us the spicy strips! And they were cold!
