Great place to visit if in Ottawa or near by. We went their during long weekend holidays, than too hospitality was great in that much rush. Their burgers are very different, compared to what we have here in GTA. Variety of beers available which includes IPA too, if you like to try different cocktails, you would like this place much. Pricing is on higher side.Ambience: 5/5Hospitality: 5/5Food: 3.5/5Drinks: 4/5

Restaurant was extremely quiet for a Sunday lunch period. Friendly service and food was good… but nothing to rave about. The Polo Club sandwich was very large and satisfying.

This place is a must try. Food is fabulous with wide variety of options.We were a large group of people but staff accommodated us really well.I would recommend The mac n cheese bites, Calimero Burger and Dallas Burgers.

I don't think we are ever going back there. But let me start with good things first. The service was very nice! Our waitress was very friendly and even though they were very busy that night she was always there when we needed her. The bar had a great selection of drinks and they were very tasty. However, when time came for food it was very disappointing. Mac'n'cheese bites that were crusted with Doritos and covered in craft cheese were simply gross. The burgers were as dry as a sole of my shoe. Though they did try to compensate for the dryness of meat with yet another enormous amount of craft cheese, it didn't do the trick. I can honestly say it was the worst burger I've ever had. And that disaster cost $30 too. All and all, if you are looking for a place to grab a drink, go for it. If you are looking for a good burger, stay away from this place.

Pleasant atmosphere, with good music at an adequate volume. The cleanliness of the floors and tables very good. The waitress was very friendly and the service was fast. The burgers were delicious and just the right size. The price is a bit higher than other places but the many options are worth it.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Great selection of burgers as well. Perhaps just the one I picked wasn't the best (the Calimero), as the burger was a bit bland, and it definitely needed salt & pepper, with some ketchup and mustard on it. Sides of coleslaw and fries were good. I would eat here again to try another burger.

On the Ontario and Quebec side, I have worked in fine dining restaurants for over five years and was the manager for one of them. The Ontario side is much more severe with the drinking rules the Quebec. This was clear last night. My wife and I had gone to this restaurant for a late supper at around 7 pm. The service was decent, and the food was all right. I have nothing bad or good to say about food or service. The point of this review is to inform everyone. Upon arrival, we were greeted by six guys, more than drunk, harassing a hostess. Some of the guys were touching her back and shoulders inviting her over to another restaurant because she was pretty, and they were very insistent. To get them to stop the hostess sat them down at a table. This was the first mistake. They should have been turned away. Unfortunately, the team that was there didn't seem aware of what was going on and thus could not help. Once the guys were at their booth, they started to harass two girls sitting in the booth behind them, to invite them to sit with them. When we mentioned to the server and manager that they should watch those guys for the girl's sake and stop serving them alcohol the response was that they are trying to get them out. This would have been good if it were true. We then saw the server keep serving them shots. After explaining that they will be held liable for any and all actions they take while intoxicated since they now over-served customers. They finally took more serious action. We also mentioned that the girls looked underage, which was later confirmed that they were. So please watch out when going here. service is good and the food as well, but watch out for guys trying to harass young girls, watch out for underage drinking, and for over intoxication.
