Sales staff are amazing, very friendly not pushy like some other dealerships. They will go out of their way to help you feel at home. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. When I found a vehicle I liked the sale staff explained in depth the features safety but never pushed to buy.

Great team. Amir helped with the process right till the end. Got screwed by another dealership. Went to these guys . Bought another vehicle. The guys are helpful especially Amir and Scott. After sales service is great as well. Would recommend to go to these reputable dealership with a helpful team around, rather than going to a user hand car dealership.

5 stars for sales, 3 stars for service. 4 overall.We bought a GLI from Stephen, and he was very kind, courteous and personable. His manager was also great to work with. Scott in finance was amazing and very knowledgeable. Every time we were back on their lot Stephen made sure to come say hi and made sure we were taken care of.Now for the service... we came in for warranty work the week after we bought it, with an appointment, and the person who does electrical work was not in that day, which meant we had to go back home. Gheorghe at Maple Ridge Volkswagen was awesome to work with. The first evening we went to the dealership, he stayed past closing to make sure we could see the vehicles we had been looking at online - knowing that we would not be making a decision for a few weeks. When we told him we’d like to visit a few other dealerships before deciding, he was very respectful and checked in a few days later to see where we were at. He was not pushy at all and we felt very comfortable that he was being honest with us throughout the process. Rob and Scott were also great to work with. All around a great experience.

I brought our 2022 Atlas Highline in for the service department to check my brakes as the one was squealing sometimes when I was slowing down. After lifting it up and checking everything out they determined nothing was wrong and that it was just a build up of brake dust. Doug and Kevin did a great job communicating what they did and even taking the time to explain and show me what exactly was going on and why it made the sound.I’m extremely delighted with their service, positive attitudes, and not rushing me out to get to the next person. 11/10 work guys!
