Excellent except for one problemThe receptionist refused to speak to me in English and as this involves my health and I do speak French I prefer to be instructed in the language I am most comfortable withKindly instruct all your front line people to be kind to their English speaking clients

I am completely dissatisfied with their work and it was a terrible experience for me. After 11 minutes when the technician started the MRI I asked him to take me out crying. After he kicked me out he kept repeating that we can't refund the amount you paid. I told him I didn't move so we could continue. No

I attempted to schedule my first appointment at Radiologie Dix30: submitted my requisition for an ultrasound online, yet was only contacted TWO DAYS later to schedule an appointment. At this point, I had already scheduled and completed my ultrasound at another radiology clinic in Montréal. I was surprised by this delay.

the best point is you don't wait too long on phone line. And if they can send date of appointment through email or text. that will be more convenient for people.

Walking in you have the girl screaming ici, I got one miserable reception no smile she must hate her job. My son was there for an chest xray, and I was forced to put on a mask. I was the only one. Other than that the xray person was super nice.

Everyone was very professional. No waiting at all. Very clear explanation provided my MRI technician. Highly recommended if you don’t wish to wait many months.

Waiting times are very low.On the phone or online the procedure could be a bit better but when I spoke to somone, they were helpful and cordial.The service is generally nice and the techinican that took care of my CT Scan was very reassuring and helpful.However, I was not able to get an email copy of my bill (in 2023!) and the person that directed me to the scan was less than pleasant and forgot to hand me a consent form and questionnaire.Other than that, if you need a quick service I would recommend this place.

The timing of my appointment was perfect - I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff were friendly and professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of radiology services

Great experience. All staff from receptionist to technician are pleasant to deal with and accommodating. State of the art facility that is clean, well managed and very efficient. Highly recommend.

If I could I would give 0 stars.. I waited a long time to get an appointment to get X-rays done and my request was refused. I called them up and their supervisor was very rude and kept cutting me off without wanting to hear me out. Very unprofessional people. I’m very disappointed for my first time asking for an appointment. I’ll just go elsewhere where they actually do their job and help!
