Anata Dental Clinic

My family (wife and daughter) and I were patients at this clinic for about 1-1.5 years. Almost every appointment we made they canceled 2 hours before our time slot we had to reschedule for months from then. We rescheduled every time, but after the 8th time we had switch dental clinics. Avoid this place. Very unprofessional!!!!

My overall experience with this clinic was unfortunately bad, I called them to book an appointment for teeth hygiene, and at the end of the call I asked about the prices, they said for the first time patients you need to open a file and do some X-Rays which costs $150 and the cleaning will be around $300 - $350 on maximum basis. but I ended up with paying more than $500 + $150, I don't know why and no one explained it to me.They're expensive compared to the near by clinics.Hygiene appointment has been divided into three appointments, each appointment with different invoice.The reception staff were so kind and friendly.Reminder system is pretty good.

Im very disappointed with their service to be honest.I went twice. They charged me alot compared to what I received. Normally, they supposed to refer me to a dentiste but it's been more than 15 days that Im waiting doctor zebib's call for confirming anothet reference (I ve called more than 4 times in one week) . Till now, I didn't receive anything from his part. I had to find another dentist to fix my tooth rather than thdm.

I did teeth cleaning with Mango today ...and I can tell never felt better about my teeth ♥️ love her work

Terrible experience , will be reporting them to the College of Dental Hygienists. The secretary on the phone was polite and helpful, booking my partner for an emergency extraction the next morning for a very painful infected tooth , which he was taking antibiotics for . When he arrived the woman who froze him was polite and professional . That was the only pleasant or professional part of this experience. Dr. Haider”s chair side manner was appalling , he never said a word to my partner , came in ripped the tooth out , even though my partner was still feeling the pain, no regard for his patients feelings . My partner asked before hand to keep his extracted tooth after the procedure , he was disrespected and his wishes disregarded , as they claim they “disposed of it after “ and made no attempt to rectify the situation . They did not take x ray of the jawbone to ensure if extra drilling needed to be done to rid the infection in there , provided no helpful advice after or extra gauze . Just partially froze him , ripped it out and sent him away. Disgusting service . Never go here —traumatizing.

Update:Based on my most recent experience, I went for a planned filling as instructed by the dentist, (I had no pain whatsoever at that time). I Did the filling, then lived the most painful days of my life. Been on pain killers, back and forth, instructed to do a root canal, then not to do it because the tooth is slowly healing, corrected some spots, I was unable to eat or drink like before for months, but things got improved very slowly.It may be anything that might have caused this to happen, however, the staff there are very friendly and kind, they take time to explain the situation and do what's needed.Bottom line: After the dental works, anything you do is at your own risk. The result is not guaranteed.My previous Review:I had to do some dental work and cleaning at the Anata Dental Clinic. I want to thank all the staffs for their friendliness and great work. I was lucky to meet Dr Bassel Zbib who did and amazing work, he put a lot of heart and experience in doing his job. I also did cleaning and I had the chance to be taken care of by Yvonne, an amazing lady that loves her work and does it with a lot of passion. Kudos to all of you guys, you made me enjoy the experience and I highly recommend you to all those who read this review. Last but definitely not least, the admin staffs are amazing, welcoming and very courteous, including without limitation to Hala and Jennifer.

I am disappointed that there isn’t an option to do a 0 star review. Scam upon scam upon scam. If there was an award to be given for scamming - they’d win! If you have money to waste - then go there. Otherwise, keep searching.I called before going to understand what kind of costs i should be expecting - although I found the quote high i agreed. I went in, my dental hygienist WAS so unexperienced and kept having to go get help. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. I was there almost 2 and a half hours for a cleaning and to check a pain on one tooth. They did scans without me requesting them & I made it clear I didnt want to pay more than what we talked about.The dentist came in finally, barely looked at me & decided i need another $7,000 worth of work. When I went to pay i was shocked to find my bill was quite higher than what we agreed to. When i confronted the fact that pricing made no sense I was told “oh we did extra work” even though I asked that they dont.Like I said, if you like wasting money or you want to donate to the dentists high life style - the this is the place for you. Otherwise, find another capable dentist.

Most unprofessional, Mickey Mouse Dental Office I've ever been to.Went to Anata Dental Office with my 2 children as 1st time clients.They never had me filled any paperwork. No medical history, patient info, privacy act consent, nothing. It makes me wonder if they are adhering to proper guidelines. The rooms are extremely small & dirty.The dentist had his mask under his nose almost the whole time he was with my daughter. No one should have to remind a Medical professional to wear his mask properly during a pandemic.At the end of the visit, I reminded them I had signed up for the 1st time client special" and they tried to tell me it was only for adults not kids and now suddenly

I've been a client of this clinic for 11 year now. Dr. Khalil Samhat is a great dentist. He takes his time with me, explains the procedure in advance and pays attention to details... he carves filings like an artist, so precise!My hygienist, Yvonne, is also amazing. She never leaves a stain unremoved. In fact all the staff are friendly, respectful and fun. I enjoy going to the dentist's as odd as it may sound. Highly recommend this clinic!

My experience was not good. First, in the advertisement it was mentioned $149 for complete checkup with X-ray etc., but I was charged with $234 for X-ray and checkup. When I asked to explained why, it was not explained properly why, infact they don't have explanation.Doctor was also in rush and pushing to take immediate decision that too was for the extraction of 2 teeth's of my 9 years old kid.Very unprofessional clinic.
