Upside Down Convenience Store
Left 2 parcels as UPS dropoff for amazon return. I saw another customer arguing about his lost parcel. So i took photo of my drop off as the young male (round face) wasnt ready to scan my parcels at that moment. Its been more than a week and my parcel hasnt been processed. I have left emails and voicemails. But no response. If the store owner reads this review, please check your emails for my UPS dropp off complaints.

Upside Down Convenience Store
Amazing people! Extremely friendly and very helpful! I live in the same building and always get my urgent groceries from there, one day I needed change for the bus and a man works there named Kareem lended me change for couple of days and he did not take the amount from me neither asked me for my number or anything that can guarantee his money back, then I returned it days later. Also one day I needed raisins urgently and they did not have, but the lady who works there gave me her raisins she brought from her home to eat, for free.

Not sure about others but I have pretty good experiences in here. The staff is very friendly and helpful . I have been to this store plenty of times.. they also have passport photo services plus all the urgent necessities that you might need.

I have been going to this convenience store for as long as they have been opened. The owner is a very humble and hardworking man and the staff he hires are all friendly. Selection is good too.

They don’t display the price tag of a lot of their items there. You basically only find out when you go to cash out. When asked about it they said it’s because prices change often and they don’t want to keep switching it. How often are you changing your prices you can’t afford to put a new price tag up? Seems pretty sneaky.

Not recommend, its been more than a 5 days my shipment had to be delivered every day they make same excuses delivery attempt will be made another day. It’s horrible

Friendly store and very affordable prices. Staff is very friendly with always smiling face, you will find almost everything be it electronics, mobile accessories to dairy and produce, if you live nearby Confederation parkway, it’s a must visit place.
