Avant d’un lave vaisselle. Après quelques jour seulement il coule. Pas d’aide du magasin. Réparateur doit changer toute la cuve (?!?) Aucune offre de me le remplacer. Donc depuis 3 semaines j’ai payé plus de 1300$ pour laver ma vaisselle à la main.Il y a eu une réduction de prix le lendemain de l’achat. Le vendeur ne m’en parle pas. Lorsque je fais la mention à l’équipe de service, ils me certifient que le vendeur ou un gérant va me contacter…. Aucun retour.Donc aucun service, des mensonges et le client qui paie pour quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas depuis plusieurs semaines.Et ne vous donnez pas la peine de répondre et d’envoyer vos détails à la compagnie après la réponse du propriétaire, ils ne répondent même pas ! Ce qui confirme que chez Tanguay, le client n’est pas important !!!

Great service and offers a lot of different products. Financing at 0% is unbeatable and you don’t even need the store card, just a Visa Desjardins with AccordD Financing. I had a great service even though I went there when the Back Friday deals were on. I bought a TV and you just have to go to the side of the store and someone puts it in your car. I was amazed how much better it was to buy there than at their competitors.

Really upset about the service.They lie just to sell and sadly I realized it late.We bought a room set (4 pieces).I asked specifically about any damaged items when new.Saleswoman said “In Tanguay you contact us and we arrange everything, not calling third parties”.- 2 items have already arrived. 1 of them is damaged and Customer Service Tanguay said we have to contact the company and it takes up to 6 weeks to receive the damaged parts.- the other 2 items have not arrived yet and again saleswoman said: for sure you will receive your 2 others items a week after the 1st delivery due covid..Customers service told us today... they will probably arrive next week but not sure.

The service for deliveries is amazing! It was quick and easy to set-up. When the team noticed the smallest bump on our fridge door upon delivery, we were promptly offered a 50$ credit or to get a new fridge delivered to us, without us even asking anything. We probably wouldn't have noticed the scratch at all had it not been pointed out to us, it was so small. The credit was processed in under an hour. Most companies would've tried getting out of compensating the clients, but they go their extra mile to ensure the products are delivered in good condition.We'll definitely be repeat customers for this reason. :) I don't feel like they'll try to rip us off ever.
