Had called and asked about nails n tried to explain my dog didn’t like his paws touched, they said they could try which was awesome but customer service could’ve been more informative over the phone. Especially for potentially new customers. Our appointment for nails unfortunately was unsuccessful but they were awesome to try. Would recommend if your dog is used to the grooming setting.

The ladies here are great, we bring our 3 little dachshunds here because they aren’t always the most cooperative with us at home when getting their nails trimmed. They take them one by one and do an excellent job and the girls seem to not be bothered as much

Worst groom my dog has ever had. Asked for a grooming and my dog came back shaved. Id i wanted my dog shaved I do it myself.

Called this morning to get my dogs nails cut they had an opening at 11am, my dog is usually very nippy and growls, it was his 1st time there and not one peep out of him, I couldn't believe it!!:) They were great, and very nice!! I definitely will be a return customer and would recommend Blu Ribbon to all!! Thanks so much!! Jaggar says thanks too!!! :) :)
