It is a very good agency. The employees over there are very friendly and polite. They offer good shifts and their payment is through direct deposit and that is the most convenient. The only problem is that it is difficult to find out a way to reach there when going for the first time. You just have to pass by the board saying Drake International above the Royal Bank on Bloor Street and find out some stairs, take the stairs and go up, there you will find the agency's entrance.

I have been registered with Drake more than 2 years . I drake representative was JOSE he was very polite and professional but now he has left this agency . Ni body picks up the all I was student that time now I am on work permit I have been wanting to update my profile but no body answers and picks up the call . Please of the higher management checks the review please reply me . Thank you. Anndddd best agency I have ever worked. :)

I have been registered with this location for years, and they always seem to have the worst people involved with payroll. One named Candace has the worst attitude and is very uncaring towards us employees. In previous years, Christa Bohlken-Luke consistently overlooked important payment details, among other issues. I've tried at various times to seek acceptable resolutions through former employees' liaison/now branch manager Debbie McCartney, but to no avail.
