Best UPS store so far - store employees are very nice

I had really bad experience today at this location. I was waiting in the line to get service, but the lady was ignoring me and helping 3 other people who came after me. Try to treat everyone same

I've been to this ups two times and both times I had a wonderful experience. People there is very helpful and always with a smile on their faces.

I have been a happy customer at this UPS Store location ever since I rented a mailbox here 9 years ago. The owners and staff are super friendly, kind, helpful and professional. I have been to other UPS store locations, this is by far the best one I have ever experienced! 10 stars for excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

I went here to do spiral binding and for some print outs, as a student I got a small student discount on my resume printouts and the service here was great… for any student out there please give this place a try…

The lady working yesterday did not acknowledge our presence however the old male with glasses was extremely helpful and friendly. Explained the whole returning/shipping process in a polite manner and was attentive. Thank you!
