The MOVE Studio

My studio recently rented the space at Move and it was the Perfect Spot. The staff were super friendly, very clean and a beautiful large space for our students. I highly recommend Move for your next rental!

Attended a birthday party here for my daughters friend. The Zumba kids class gave the children true freedom to play as kids. Organized and we'll run but still allowed the children to express themselves in a way children seem to never get these days. My 6 year old said we aren't allowed to dance crazy like this even in gym class. The coffees for parents in the coffee bar were strong and yummy and served up with a good chat on the side. The mother and daughter who ran the show were open, understanding and even allowed the party to even run a bit overtime so gifts could be opened. Way different then an indoor playground. It's a place where kids and be kids and parents can let their children explore their independence in a safe setting. Highly recommend.

I went for the first time to a meta fit class, and let me tell you it was great any fitness level that you have you CAN do this class. The staff is so friendly and makes sure your doing the moves also they motivate you to do your best. This is the best studio ever you have to drop in for yourself. Give it a try you wont be sorry. And the people who are taking the class don't judge. This place is a judgement free zone. Get your sweat on at the move. ✌

Classes are so amazing and fun, if it weren't for the sweat you wouldn't know you were exercising!

Great place and lovely people

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere and such an amazing variety of fitness classes all from certified instructors. My favourites are Gyrochenisis, Pound and The Warrior Workout.
