Sonam's Esthetic Touch

Really debated reviewing because Kashmir was so friendly and my first impression of the salon was really good however the aftermath of my wax was horrific.Not a first time waxer but haven’t had a Brazilian in a while. When I arrive Kashmir says she can’t get all the hair because it’s too short(something I’ve never been told before but I went along with it because she seemed like she knew what she was doing.) After my appointment I notice 40% of the hair is still there. Most of which certainly of length to be removed. For 3 days after my appointment I was in serious pain to the point where it hurt to touch or sit. When being waxed at other salons I was good to go immediately after the appointment with no bumps or sensitivity. For weeks after my Brazilian I dealt with many painful bumps that just wouldn’t go away. I wondered if Kashmir had waxed me in the wrong direction. I’ve never experienced anything this before. Really disappointed as prices are good and location is very convenient for me. Will not be returning.

I’ve been going to Sonam and Kashmir for almost a year now! They’re very gentle and very accommodating! Prices are very affordable as well! Me and my mom loved going to get their facials and threading/waxing services as well! Highly recommended!

I am so glad I found this place that had great review and also near my place. I have been having my waxing treatment done here as well as eyebrow threading. I feel like she's family even though I just see her once a month. We share small friendly chats during the sessions which I enjoy. I have never been disappointed with the service. The most important thing for me (aside from proximity) is it's affordable for me compared to other places.

I decided to check it out based on the reviews and they definitely live up to their reviews!Excellent service from Kashmir with my facial today. She was very pleasant to talk to and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained a ton of things to me along the way regarding my skin and the treatment. Kashmir even spent some extra time on my problem areas as we had initially discussed, which I really appreciated.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back in the near future!

Easy booking system, great hours offered for busy office workers. She offers affordable laser hair removal. I got 4-5 sessions done and my hair has completely vanished! I know it depends on person to person but the lasers Sonam uses are extremely effective and pain free (unlike other clinics I’ve been to). Sonam is professional and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend her to ALL my friends!

I found Sonam's online and saw awesome pricing and great reviews. I went for a Brazilian wax and after my experience, I would highly recommend this place. Kashmir is so friendly, making it a very comfortable atmosphere, and so gentle which makes it fairly painless. She is great at what she does!
