We took our two boys for a fun night out, they didn't tell us until after we ordered food that their machines were down and couldn't take debit or credit. Had to leave to find a bank machine. Food was slow, we had to remind them 3 times that they hadn't given us our bonus tokens that came with the family deal. Not much selection for food, the pizza was good but they got our toppings wrong. Machines are in serious need of maintenance, so many games just ate our tokens and didn't show credits, games that gave tickets were running out or showed error messages. A staff member gave us some free tickets to make up for a broken machine. The ticket counters were all broken except one and we had to wait in line to get our tickets counted. The toys our kids got broke the next morning. Disappointing experience, we won't be back.

What a wonderful place to come and bring your grandchildren. We went during March break which I thought was going to be a big mistake. But it turned out that it wasn't really loaded down with people on that we could move around freely and do what we wanted to do without too much of a wait. They had a special on for March break. For $25 you got the opportunity to play 25 different Reserve arcade games as well as Unlimited glow in the dark Mini Putt and also unlimited glow in the dark laser tag. So my grandson and I took a walk through the place first to see if it had what we wanted and it did so eagerly paid our $25 and started to play. We had so much fun my grandson got a hole in one and as far as the laser tag it was one game after the other after the other. The food and the diner did not come out in order but the rest of them Games Etc where a blast. We were there for 4 hours and had a great time. Don't hesitate to go as long as you can get this kind of pass other than that it's very expensive to play all the games there at the

Went in with my girlfriend and right away there was an issue with the main cashier not giving us the correct stuff (unlimited play bracelets). After a few minutes we got it figured out thankfully. We did mini golf, which was fine (apart from some kids running literally around us). We then went to play some of the arcade games, and this is where the main issue resides. A good 50% of the games were either out of commission or didn't work properly. We then went to play laser tag (just the two of us) and discovered that my gun didn't work at all, but hers did. So we had 10 minutes or so of me trying to not get shot. All in all, it was a pretty lackluster experience for the $50 price tag. Wouldn't have been too disappointed at $20, but as it stands I doubt I'll be coming back

The staff is great and the food is decent. The place is large and has many things to do that are fun. Some of the games don't work very well and are rundown, but the staff try to make up for it. Some of their prices are high, namely laser tag, but the golf and food are both very reasonably priced

There is a large variety of games and things to do at RETRO PLANET. It's a very large facility with arcade games, carnival games, redemption games, lazer tag & indoor golf so lots to do for kids 4 or older. Kids can redeem tickets for prizes."The one drawback is that there is often "OUT OF ORDER" signs on quite a few machines with each visit and the ticket redemption machines go down often because of volume. Great place to bring the kids, today was the last day of March break. A few of the machines were not working, laser tag was a blast. Biggest complaint not enough staff. We ate at the restaurant and there was one person who did the orders and the food. So it was very slow.... friendly though.

They have a great selection of games and activities, something for everyone. Some of the machines however need better maintenance. Also, the ticket grabber machines (they count the tickets you've won) are in desperate maintenance - only one 1 of maybe 6 machines was working when I was there.Still a great place for young kids to go!

The kid likes it but it is just a disaster. Half the machines don't work and the staff just don't care... You can say I just won a jackpot and no tickets came out" and they shrug and go e you a token... I can't wait until the grows out of this horror show of a place... If you have the time and energy.. go to Dave and Busters.. or just give your kid a $100 in loonies and let them throw them in the lake.. same thing"

I love bringing the kids here! It keeps everyone busy for a couple hours. Lots of games to play and the older kids can play laser tag. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely keep going!

I have up and down reviews. First we had to wait to get our wrist bands for all you can play Thursday but there were a lot of games they could play included in the unlimited play (all the games that don't dispense tickets) Not that many machines were broken but the ones that did dispense tickets didn't give that many. My daughter got the same amount for a 20,000 point game of ski ball as she did for a 4000 point game. Only one game ate our token. The ticket counting machine kept jamming. The food gets negative reviews from me. First we wanted the pizza deal they have that includes 40 game tokens but the pizza oven was broken so not only was there no pizza but no tokens either! We were left ordering a burger and fries fro $8.99. It was a frozen burger, the cheese wasn't even melted and a tiny wonder" bun! The fries were even worse they tasted like ones that had been in the freezer way too long then over cooked! The only reason they got a 3rd star is because my kids enjoyed it."
