Wasn't overly helpful or friendly when i asked about phones cases. Definitely felt unwelcoming and burdening the person with my question of types of cases. I wanted to purchase a phone case from this kiosk but will go somewhere else that wants my business. Surprised by the good reviews.

Scammers!!Changed my iPhone screen for $380 and once completely stopped working until it got fully recharged and reset- this happened only 3 days after replacing it , and within a week, while I was sleeping and talking on my phone the screen cracked as my face was on it….. when returned back to them, all I got was a very rude attitude and ignorance!!

Asked to replace charging port for an iPhone 6.. 40 mins later, replaced it with the wrong iPhone port. Proceeded to show me that it was charging when the phone was dead however doesn’t charge when phone is on. Then tells me there is no warranty on it.Went another shop down the road Cell it, guy did it in 10 mins, 6 month warranty and this time it actually worked.

Hold on to your receipt! My phone was fixed" less than a month ago. People can barely hear me on the other end. They refuse to even look at it! Total waste of money. They charged me $385! I could have gotten a new phone! I figured i could save $100. NOT worth it."

Great place to source smartphone accessories, such as cases and protective shields, for both Android and Apple devices.Ahmed was very careful and courteous when I asked him to replace the i-Shieldz screen protector on my Samsung Note 10. Above and beyond, while also helping 2 other customers.With a wide variety of product in-stock, (in addition to repair services as well, I believe) and phenomenal courtesy and conscientiousness, Cellrox is a definite place to visit for your many possible cellphone needs.

Instant service. Needed phone unlocked & another local mobile phone repair shop couldn't help. Referred by someone to go to CellRox @ Park Royal. Within 15 mins our phone unlocked.Helpful guy also gave advice about data transfer.We will be back with the other phone that needs service.
