Burlington Convention Centre

Very nice and classic venue. Multi-room so it can accommodate all sorts of events. Everyone there was very helpful, hope to do more events there.

If I could give Burlington Convention Centre more than 5 stars for how truly AMAZING and EXCELLENT the service, planning, and execution of everything went I would. Sonia was by far the best coordinator we have worked with, not only is she well-informed of everything to do with weddings but she is also accommodating and makes sure she incorporates everything that the bride and groom want to include on their wedding day. Sonia knows her stuff - and brides trust me on the wedding day you will be thankful for Sonia!! We just had our wedding at BCC on Saturday May 27 and everything went PERFECT. The halls are extremely spacious and well decorated with lots of room. My husband, myself, and all of our guests were raving about the food (we did 5 courses with chicken and beef tenderloin as the two mains our guests were served and an antipasto and late night buffet); every single course was better than the last. Even if your wedding is not in the Oakville/Burlington area it is by far worth the longer drive in order to have it here and to be met with this high caliber of service excellence.

Attended for son's graduation ceremony, place wad clean and pleasant ambiance. Lobby can take lot of people but gets congested at times. Outside lighting could be little better, and that super bright display flashing electronic sign board was super annoying as interferes with photos when outside and flashes into your eyes. Get it changed to a better SEMB type screen so less intrusive when guests are outside gathered or taking photos etc. Over flow traffic can park across in another lot. Overall good experience.

By far the best staff I’ve encountered in a while. Tanner was an amazing employee that was professional, dedicated and well-versed in his position. He deserves a promotion due to his calm and collective approach to everything.

Was a good place to have a grade 12 graduation.

I met flora in the service she is not only amazing person she is perfect I really appreciate her understanding fasting during the event and accommodating this was really passionate , we are diversified and respecting all cultures makes us stronger.

We had our son’s engagement party here two weeks ago. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Julie was so pleasant and helpful promptly answering my emails and any questions we had. All the staff was courteous and helpful. Aster was so attentive to every detail and exceeded our expectations in looking after our guests! Thank you so much Aster! Lovely venue. Great layout. Staff were awesome and work fast to assemble and disassemble the event equipment. Hard workers and strategic with tasks to respect guests.

If you are planning a wedding or event in the Burlington area, this is the place to hold it. From the moment we booked with Julie, we were taken care of. Even after 2 postponements due to Covid, they held our place and the wedding reception was wonderful (3rd times a charm). I cannot name everyone as such terrific team, but I can say that Astor the captain"

Location is very accessible and easy to find. The interior is classic and elegant at the surface, but washrooms could be upgraded, especially the toilets. Food was sub-par and showed little to know culinary effort. Will only be returning if for work and wouldn't recommend it for a wedding or family gathering.
