Concept Physiotherapy & Massage

My experience with Gillian was fantastic. She was very thorough and on point. Gillian delivered knowledge specific to my needs and is very understanding adding the outmost care to correctly identify and provide treatment to myself and her patients. She was very understanding of my injury, I was allowed to operate at my own pace with the outmost care and guidance, a 5 star experience. I am so looking forward to my next session with her. Kim Brandle is an excellent physiotherapist - she is excellent at accurately diagnosing the problem areas and treating them very effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone with pain issues.

I've been dealing with injuries from a car accident since 2015. I have come a long way however had still been dealing with a few issues that continue to cause pain daily and require me to have ongoing rehabilitation. Kim's concept therapy model has helps me so much! Things have improved and I'm working on strengthening based on her model and I am gradually reducing the number of ongoing treatments needed. I feel I'm finally on a path where I will not need to depend on ongoing theraphy. I am so happy to have found her and highly recommend her.

As a professional athlete having a reliable physiotherapist is a must. I've seen many through the years and have yet to find one as good as Kim. Seemingly minor adjustments make all the difference. Most recently a herniated disc had me sleeping in a recliner struggling through day to day life. After a couple treatments with Kim I was back in the gym and able to sleep in my own bed.

Kim has a way of magically finding whatever is wrong. Such gentle movements, with such massive results. I appreciate her so much.

Kim B is an excellent therapist. She is patient, knowledgeable and all about delivering the best care for the patient. On the first appointment she invested so much time just to assess and understand how my body operates after all the injuries and to create the best possible treatment plan. Clinic is operated by very capable receptionists in clean and convenient location.I feel so blessed to find Concept Physio and Kim!!!

Sara is one of the best massage tberapists I have been too. Very knowledgeable. Extremely good at what she does. I couldn't be more pleased with my treatments and I am happy to have met her! Thank-you to concept physiotherapy front staff for being pleasant and kind. Thank you Sara!

Dawn is absolutely fantastic! She explains everything about my injury and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is encouraging and is very wonderful to work with on my recovery!
