I had an amazing experience here, I’m a university student and I don’t know a lot a lot about e bikes but the guys there were incredible with helping me find the bike I wanted and one that fits what I need for a reasonable price. They talked about safety and helped me pick out the proper safety gear. I left with a bike I love and everything I need with it.

Great people and super cool e-bikes! Went in to look at e-bikes after finding they sell specific brand of bike I was Interested in. Brad and another employee helped me out and was friendly, fun and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They don’t only sell the stuff but actually ride them alot too!!! Seems like a great small town bike shop with sweet rides, cool people. They also do shop rides for everyone with a ebike/scooter or whatever your pleasure. Kinda wish I lived close to the shop in KelownaCheck them out!!!

I can not say enough good things about my buying experience. All of my questions were answered no matter how stupid they must have seemed since I have never ridden an ebike before in my life! They mounted the accessories for me and even rode with me from the store to the rail trail so I wouldn't get lost trying to find it....the ride home was amazing. My only regret is not buying one sooner:)

I purchased the 2023 Synergy Aviator – 600W Electric Scooter from Kelowna’s Vintage Iron store. What a great machine and it folds compactly, but feels rock solid when riding it! Staff person Brad (thanks Brad) was friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions. He provided me with an opportunity to test- drive this escooter. This store is amazing and fun and the scooter I purchased exceeds my expectations for a quality product. They are also able to provide any needed maintenance/repairs if needed in the future. I would shop here again!

The gents at Vintage Iron are amazing! Very knowledgeable about their products and great to deal with. Love the scooter I got from them, they also helped me put on a mirror and scooter lock that I bought which saved me some time and effort. Definitely recommend them for your scooter/e-bike needs.

Great experience dealing with Tom and Brad! Tom rides what he sells and is connected to the e-bike community. Friendly, informative with some humour thrown in. Set up a Super 73 right away for my wife who loves her new bike! Definetly check them out if you're looking into a quality e-bike.

We purchased 2 ebikes and accessories here last year. Very knowledgeable staff. We got there late in the day, and they were kind enough to stay past closing to attach the accessories (mirrors, bells, baskets, etc) so we would not have to make another trip out from Osoyoos. Quality bikes at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this shop.
