My wife and I have wanted to purchase a hot tub for many years and this year we finally decided to take the plunge. Our tub was delivered this past week due to delays with Covid but we were patient and Tony kept us updated regularly on when our tub would go into production.The tub itself is great, built in Canada so it’s nice to purchase something from home. The controls are easy to use and the chemical maintenance is pretty straight forward.Tony is a great guy to deal with and he explained everything before we purchased. He is knowledgeable with the product and has been quick to reply to all of my questions as a new hot tub owner. I performed an exhaustive search for the right hot tub, but it seemed the more I looked i was never comfortable with making the purchase, and I believe it was the uncertainty provided by the sales person. I am so glad I made my final stop at Canada Direct Hot Tubs - Tony was very knowledgeable and made the purchase seemless. After researching online we ended up at Canada Direct (they sell one of the best North American made hot tubs). We met Tony and he was able to add to our knowledge by SHOWING many features that you never see (plumbing, pump, etc.), in addition, he was able to suggest trades (if required) - he is connected as well! We selected our tub and Tony helped us to meet our price point. The delivery was smooth and on time. We have had our tub for 18 months now and Tony at Canada Direct continues to help us with chemicals, filters etc. We are VERY pleased at choosing Canada Direct Hot Tubs!Addendum:After a minor issue, Tony was able to quickly resolve it with the manufacturer - Excellent after sales service!
