Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they haven't even picked it up. A different delivery service should be used if Canpar can't deliver as they are supposed to. It's a week later now and noone knows anything and I still don't have my paid for delivery.

I rarely ever write reviews, but this needs to be said.I have been shipping with Canpar since I started shipping out products for my business, about 3 years ago. I have given Canpar thousands and thousands of dollars.They have damaged one of my products, which do cost a lot of money. Had to refund my customer and I opened a claim with Canpar. They refused to refund me any money back for claims that the box was not damaged. Yes, but slamming a box down hard to the ground CAN cause damage.Congratulations Canpar, because of this silly move, I will NEVER ship with you again. I have resorted to other carriers and have never been happier. Even if you have to pay the extra few dollars, I highly recommend choosing a different courier. Well done, Canpar!

Awful customer support. Called three times to try and locate a package that was marked as delivered and they never located it. My doorbell camera clearly showed the driver leaving a door knocker and taking the package. The door knocker code was never activated. The package was not at the swift post location indicated by customer service. The final service rep said she would call me back with an update after she called the depot. I never got that call. If you're a small business, never use ICS/swiftpost. They'll just cause your customers headaches.

Haven’t sitting waiting for an important package to be delivered, which I need to take with me out of town for work on Monday… Check the tracking and the driver stated that I was not home. However, I have been sitting in the office in front of the window which faces the street and no driver. Call the company from whom I am purchase the materials and cancelled my order. Now on when ordering anything online, I will make sure it’s not delivered by Canpar. I also tried to call Canpar to see if it was possible to drive to London to pick up the package from them… But after waiting on hold for 45 minutes still no answer. Extremely disappointed in this company and will never use again.

While tracking my package, it said the driver was here and I was not home. CONSIGNEE NOT HOME." I called them immediately and told them I am home. I wasted an entire day waiting and on the phone with their Customer Service Department. They assured me it would be here by 6 pm and it is not here. I paid for delivery and expected it would be delivered. Just called again and the young lady said it will come tomorrow. I am rather angry at the moment."

If there was a way to give zero stars, there would be zero stars given.Canpar is, by far, the worst courier in Canada. It's as though they strive to be incompetent.The company I work for ships with multiple couriers on a weekly basis and, while Canpar only takes maybe 25% of our shipments, they account for 75% of the issues, errors and compalints we have to deal with.Issues on both our end and the customer end.Pick ups: maybe they'll show up, maybe they won't. Sometimes they show up a day early when there's nothing ready to ship and they're schedule for the following day! Then, not at all an the day they're actually scheduled.You can call and be told 'the truck is out' but the truck just never shows.The number of customers that email us BEGGING to not use Canpar to ship their orders, saying just how difficult it is to talk to their customer service people, and complaining about delivery attempts that they were not made aware of despite being home the entire day (etc) would be comical if it weren't so frustrating and detrimental to business.It's very strange that one of their subsidiaries, ICS, takes the bulk of our shipments but somehow they are able to provide a reasonable service with only occasional issues.Canpar is the gold standard in low standards.

My item has been sitting at a facility for almost 2 weeks with no update. I’ve called twice (waiting on hold for over 2 hours in total) only to be told it would be delivered today. It was not. Terrible customer service - their customer support could not even tell me where the facility was for me to pick it up myself.

I'm utterly stunned at the carelessness of the employees delivering from this establishment. Costing my family more money in travel fare to pick up the items I NEED for my CHILDREN that I had ordered to my door. The delivering employees can't take 2 seconds to press my buzzer numbers I specifically called the day before to have put on my file.Please have a talk with your employees. This has been such a headache that never needed to happen if they just pressed 2 buttons. Do better.

Terrible experience. Only 2/3 of my packages came on time. It's nearly impossible to talk to someone on the phone. No updates on the package whereabouts for 7 days while it sat in Calgary, then when it finally did update, it sat at the Etobicoke depot for another 5 days. This shipper is bad at customer service, disorganized, and as far as I can tell makes it intentionally difficult to contact them. When I finally got in touch with an agent, they told me they would call when the package was located, and I never received a call.

We have instructions on our door to deliver packages to a business across the street while we are away. Not only did they disregard that and put a notice on our door the first day, when we wrote on the notice to follow the delivery instructions they not only ignored it again but left our parcel on the ground which then sat for 9 days before we returned. Needless to say it had been well rained on and frozen. Not impressed.
