Very unprofessional. The office is hard to get ahold of, they ignore all attempts at communication. The name and number listed on my lease as emergency/after hours contact doesn’t respond outside of business hours. It took a week to get my front door secure so that it doesn’t open on its own. Tenants are people too.

Would not recommend for snow removal they don't do a very good job they only come one time never come back though out the day to pull parking spots as they open always slippery side walks are done well but parking lot has never been good

Apartment had cracks in the walls which bugs would constantly crawl out of, heat didn't work one winter and they refused to do anything more than pay half for a space heater. Windows did not lock, front door had large gap under it and a basic chain lock. Mold in the bathroom, sink exploded with septic backup from another unit and we were told to clean it ourselves. I own a couple of properties in Brantford. I have been living in this neighbourhood for almost 10 years now. Property management is not the same as it used to be. It got intricated more and more as time went by. I mainly had problems with renovations, repairs services and things related to legalities. Kyle helped me through all these dilemmas so smoothly. Kyle is quite understanding and knows appropriate solutions for each problem. I handle multiple businesses. Kyle has been efficiently handling all the management of my properties, and now I have one less thing to worry about.

Had bed bugs in our unit for years now. They actually hired an exterminator which was a surprise. Too bad I was ignored when I told them the bugs are coming from next door through the wall. Sure enough they're back after only about a month of peace. Now they're still not doing anything about next door (they own that unit too). Only the first floor has vents for heat. Doors and windows leak cold air. Having work done is possible if you're willing to pull teeth, then they just show up without any warning. We don't even have a functioning lock on the front or back door let alone keys for the front door.Update: Still have bed bugs and now we have an abundance of mice too. Contacted them, nothing has been done for months and months now about any of the above mentioned issues. Also, the back door swelled from humidity and physically will not close. They came and looked at it several weeks ago and said they're going to get right on it. Still nothing.I see all these 5 star reviews and can't help but wonder if my mistake is that I'm reliably paying my rent on time. Maybe I shouldn't be?And Yes, you manage this rental unit.

Tree fell on my property due to roots being dug up on there property. Zero compensation was given, for the 1000s in damage caused.

these people are so unprofessional..I don't know how they have managed to still stay in business. I went to go see a property in Brantford and the house was decent enough for me and my family. I did ask if we could take out the ramp since I didn't like or need it. I forget his name but it was a gentlemen who's name I think started with a K or C.. proceeded to seem irritated by my question and as we were doing the tour he TRIPPED ME and muttered maybe now you'll see the advantages of having a ramp in this house" I COULD NOT BELIVE IT! i was so flabbergasted by the incident I left sandal in the hallway. still have not gotten it back because I am scared of this company but I had to finally post about this for awareness .. if you choose to use their services"
