The White Gallery was the best wedding dress shopping experience in Edmonton. The boutique is stunning with its chandelier and huge curtains. There is no better feeling then wearing one of the stunning bridal gowns and having those big curtains open! Chantelle was so incredibly helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and found the perfect gown that I could even order in with my tighter deadline. I could not have been happier with the result! She even gave super helpful advice on what to do on the day of and where to get it dry cleaned afterwards. Thank you Chantelle for all your hard work and making me feel gorgeous on my wedding day!

Recently got my wedding dress at The White Gallery. Such a wonderful experience and cannot recommend this place more highly. The space is beautiful and private. Chantelle is so knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable and listens to help you find what you’re looking for without pressure. Absolutely beautiful selection of dresses. This is by far the best dress shopping experience you will have in Edmonton. The space that Chantelle has curated is exceptional, and the fact that you have the whole boutque to yourself and your party makes the whole experience feel luxe. Not only does Chantelle have a great eye for design and picked out dresses I hadn't even thought of, but looked great in! She was able to manage my mom, baba, grandma, and aunt who of course all had their own opinions!Additionally Chantelle was super accomodating and came in in the evening at a later date so that I could also show my friends the gowns I was deciding between. I would highly recommend this The White Gallery to any bride looking for an elevated shopping experience.

I recently had the pleasure of finding my dress at The White Gallery, and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Chantelle. She welcomed my party and made us feel at home in the luxurious space, and her knowledge of bridal dresses was exceptional.The store itself is absolutely beautiful, and it was so nice to have a private space with one on one help. Chantelle helped me find the perfect dress, it was the second one I tried on there! My dress came in earlier than expected and was perfect at the pick up, I cannot wait to wear it! Chantelle made me feel so special at every one of my appointments leading up to the big moment of 'Saying Yes to the Dress'. Her taste in selecting which gowns to bring into the store is exceptional. The attention to detail in each dress is unlike anything I've seen in Alberta. The private and intimate experience she offers when you come into the boutique is unmatched. Instead of being shuffled away into a tiny corner of a store like most bridal shops, Chantelle provides the opportunity to have the entire boutique to yourself and your friends and family members. The interior design of the store is so 'Instagram worthy' and the gowns are showcased beautifully with tons of natural light. Chantelle listens so carefully to every detail when describing your dream dress and offers her expert opinion while trying on the gowns. Chantelle stood out to me from the first time I came to her store. She was kind and made me feel comfortable and confident. She was so patient while I tried on dress after dress and was understanding when I chose to explore some other boutiques before making my final decision. On the day I bought my dress, she popped champagne and allowed me to Zoom in my entire bridal party and family members to celebrate. She went above and beyond at every step of the process and even arranged for the gown maker to make a few small adjustments to my dress, ensuring it perfectly suited my needs. WOW! It was a dream to pick my dress out at the White Gallery. After looking at the Bridal Boutique and Novelle Bridal, I felt like the people I was working with were just trying to get me in a dress and they didn't care about what I look or felt like in it. Then I got to the White Gallery and everything about the place blew the other shops out of the water. Chantelle was great to work with. She knows the ins and outs of the industry incredibly well and she was such a pleasure. I went with my mom, my friend and my MOH and we were the only ones in the gallery at the time so we had privacy all to ourselves. It was a really fun experience. When it came to ordering the dress and veil, Chantelle was super responsive and professional. She kept me up to date with timelines and deadlines and by the end of the experience, everything had gone without a hiccup. The White Gallery is the way to go if you want to support local business owners and designers who care about how you feel in your dream dress. You only get married once!

The White Gallery is a MUST on your list for wedding dress shopping! It was by far the best experience I had. The shop is so beautiful and gives the perfect “bridal” experience. It was so nice to have the privacy of having the entire shop to yourself and your guests. Chantelle is amazing. She delivered such a personal experience from the beginning to the end. She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to me. I am so happy to have said “Yes to the Dress” here and cannot recommend it enough!
