Horrible experience put in a order last saturday said it take up to 4 business days to arrive still hasnt arrived and havnt contacted me about my order highly dont recommend

I unfortunately had a really bad experience here yesterday (April 22nd, 2023 around 1pm.) I called beforehand to confirm that I could make an exchange on a defective cartridge. When I arrived the cannabis consult working at the front til inspected my cartridge and confirmed that it was defective and offered a return, but the manager needed to authorize it. When the manager came, and checked my receipt, he saw that I purchased at the Brentwood location, and he told me that I had to go to back to same store I made the purchase from and belittled me, essentially saying that BC cannabis stores operate as independent retailers. As the manager, how was he so unfamiliar with his own policy? Or was he purposefully being unhelpful? Either way, when you are the manager in a customer service based industry and something like this happen I think it’s painfully obvious that better training, or hiring standards need to be considered. After calling the original Brentwood location I purchased from, and speaking to a manager who know what they were doing, I was told that I can return the product to any BC cannabis store and the manager was wrong to not refund me. I called back the store that rejected my return and spoke to the manager and got an apology but at that point the damage was already done. Pretty terrible experience all around.

They used to deliver with Pinnaple express and the service was great. Now with Canada post takes longer and they left a note on your door, where you have to go to the closest Canada post office. I Do not recommend orders online anymore

Honestly the service was unreal. Most product is absolutely tasty, lots of edible choices, worth the price and there is absolutely something for everyone. If I could give 4.5 I would of but what bothered me was not being able to use the order now ipads throughout the store as I didn't really want to stand in line, just had kidney surgery so for me to even stand was hard enough but they did seem to push through fast. Overall I will 100% be back. I got a few more things than shown in photo but worth it !!

So, you wanna explain to me how I need to know the item I want I'mIN the Boyd store, yet there's NO website anymore, and NO WAY to check if an item is out of stock because writing a review here IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE FOR MOST REGULAR FOLKS TO USE !!! JUST GO EXPLORE THE STORE!!! CLEARLY THE CANNABIS STORE IS A NON-FUNCTIONING USELESS ENTITY THAT DOESN'T WORK.

Best low prices for high quality cannabis pre rolls. I bought 2 Kandy kush pre rolls by 33 crowns and the Kandy kush PR was the best PR quality with high THC%. Taste, smell and buzzz are super awesome.

A little frustrating that they have all these IPads to look up and order product in store only to be told that it isn’t accurate or an indication of what they have in stock. I then have to hastily choose due to line up of customers behind me something from a rotating video menu screen high above the order desk. This has happened the last two times I went there, the first time the lady was pleasant about it but the second time I forgot about that and the guy was a little rude and rushing me with comments like “ No, Ipads have nothing to do with us , whaddya want?” To avoid all that confusion maybe pull the Ipads and change location of menu board. Until then I will be shopping elsewhere.

Very professional. The whole process is very streamlined, you choose your products on an iPad and they prepare what you ordered. Most of the products are on display as well and there are people around to help whenever you need it. Prepare 2 forms of ID for entry.

Great spacious store with excellent displays.An employee that works at the store named Vida " has been excellent help in many ways about the products in the store.She also has a great radio DJ / TV anchor / voice over quality speaking voice."
