DHL Authorized Shipping Centre Barrie

Absolutely worst company to deal with. I have been waiting to get my package for 3 weeks. I wish I could give them a minus rating.My shipment landed in Canada 3 weeks ago. There were no attempts for the delivery for the first 5 days. The next week, on February 22, 2022, I was told the package was with CBSA as it was recalled for inspection. Six days pass, and still awaiting for the shipment, I was now told that the shipment is now have been handed over to CBSA, which left me confused, as I was told that CBSA had my shipment on February 22.It took them six days to hand over my shipment back to CBSA. It is now March 2nd, and I still do not have my shipment or any firm response on how and where I can get my shipment. For the past 3 days, my shipment has been sitting in Hamilton when I have been requesting that I can collect it from Hamilton or Brampton, if they can get it ready for me.Thier customer service representative Redwan closed the ticket without even seeing through, if I receive the package or not.I have talked to several DHL representatives and made hundreds of calls,wasted countless hours of my personal time, but they are not helpful at all.I have lost so much business and have mental stress due to this horrible experience.I am tired and without my shipment. Avoid them at all costs. Use other couriers. Horrible customer service.

Extremely helpful and friendly customer service I had to send a package to the states using DHL which is something different than your normal courier. The two gentlemen were very polite and very helpful.

Terrible!!!They contract their work out to third parties and the third parties don’t get the delivery orders, if they do they don’t follow them.

I received excellent customer service because staff members of this store are very co-operative and helpful. Apartly, cleanliness and maintenance is very well at this place.
