Any issue that we have had, has been resolved very quickly ( there has not been many issues ). I like that it is easy to use. The platform is extremely user friendly and lets you create and manage forms your workers submit with ease. Collecting the meta data from my forms has been my favorite. I am able to organize the way I want and find documents I need instantly. The staff at 1life have been very informative and offer training and guidance when needed.

Safety is an issue that is more prominent today than it ever has been and the ability to document each step is vital. That’s where 1LIFE comes in. We now use the software to record inspections, safety documents, toolbox meetings, FLHA’s and more. A safety audit was always a two month task of gathering paperwork and organizing it for the auditor. Now, with the request of a tag, you can pull up any document and see every file for that creator. The task is shortened immensely.Customer service is superb. They are right on the ball on any issue I have contacted them on. Have documentation issues? Call on 1LIFE.

We've been using 1Life for our landscaping company for 6 years now. They helped develop our safety program, tthyeve hosted start up/orientation meetings for my staff, we use their online training every year, they are always quick to answer any questions or guide you through any difficulties you may be having with the app, website, etc, and they are constantly updating their product based on user feedback! It's great to support local, and even better when they have a topshelf product and company!
