Hired these guys to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC. Great customer service. Very responsive.They quickly sent me a mock up of what they planned to do and gave me an easy to decipher pricing guide with all of their options.As a high school teacher I loved the pricing handout. Very clear and concise. Literally the same kind of thing I would make for my students to study from. Every option, the pros and cons, and the price on one sheet of paper. I felt this document let me know that this company was trustworthy too. They weren't just gonna see how much they could get me for.The guys were professional, timely, and tidy. I wasn't home when they worked but my father was there to let them in the house and was very impressed.Everything they did they sent me digital copies of.Their sales manager was very good at explaining what needed to be done. They articulated the options in a way that made me feel like I wasn't being pushed but was also clear enough to realize that taking action was my best option.My new furnace and ac work great. Appreciate the efficient and thoroughly thought-through installation of our 50gal Rheem water heater and hard-wired CO detector, in addition to fixing and replacing several other boiler and plumbing components. I ask a lot of questions. They have a lot of answers.

Our furnace went on one of the coldest days (Jan 3rd- right after the New Years weekend), we pretty much knew what was wrong with it (fan). We called 3 places off Google- first two, we could only leave a message. The 3rd we called was Climate King- they answered right away. Said it would be $60 for a Diagnostic Fee- but said they could come out within the next 2 hours (between 10:30-11:30am)- the truck pulled up right at 10:30am which is awesome. Steven was very polite- had a mask on, carrying booties, professionally dressed in uniform. Showed him to the furnace- told him to come and knock when he knew what the issue was. He did that- presented me with 3 options, answered all my questions very thoroughly, did not pressure me into anything. He even waited in his truck for about 20 minutes while I got my fiance on the phone to make our decision. He left for about an hour to get the part he needed- came back and finished the job in about an hour and a half. They were flexible/understanding with payment as well- which is greatly appreciated! Overall- experienced with the service- I would definitely call them again.

Nathan was very professional and took the time to explain any needed work and our 10 year old system.Very informative regarding heat pump system and conversations and some needed work. Highly recommend.

They have replaced our furnace about 3-4 years ago, now they replaced our central air unit last year. They are professional and fast. They respond to a call within one day usually.
