Eric and his team are absolutely amazing! They are professional and very helpful. Their customer service is exceptional. It is clear that this shop is passionate about scuba diving and wants to encourage others in this sport; whether it is buying gear or discussing about any questions you might have in relation to gear set-up, dive sites and much more. Nepteau is now my go-to shop!

If you’re looking for the most professional and service-oriented dive shop in Montréal, this is truly, the only place to go. The shop staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect gear for your size, fit and type of dive –unlike some other shops we have been to. I am a very petite woman and have tried wetsuits in a few shops before being referred to Nepteau. I was always told that I needed a tailor-made suit. Until Eric proved all of these shops wrong. So here I am, wearing a snug but breathable 14mm suit, ready for our next cold adventure!Eric’s professionalism made a huge difference in us feeling confident and a part of something special! This allowed us to have the most amazing experience as beginners and we will remember this for the rest of our lives! He also referred us to a class for beginners that we loved and still rave about to all of our friends and family (with instructors Eric and Pierre from Plongée Atlantide)! These instructors are two gems! We will be forever thankful for their patience, calmness and professionalism & we wouldn’t have found them if it wasn’t for Nepteau!SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Admittedly the reason for this slightly negative review is partially my own fault. I picked up a dive alert / noise maker for $195 plus tax only to find out that I could get the same thing online for $60 plus shipping. I returned within 5 minutes of walking out of the shop to ask for a refund but was only offered an unsympathetic store credit. I understand this is a business and I'm used to over-inflated prices for gear as I am an instructor in the dive industry. However, I found the pricing of this shop, at least with respect to this particular accessory, extremely offensive. I didn't do my homework since I happened to drive by the shop but I won't make that mistake again. Double check your prices before you purchase anything at this store. Staff seems friendly enough but I'm kicking myself for assuming they reasonably priced their items. Again, I take some of the blame but going forward I need to return to the shop to use my credit so I will certainly scrutinize their prices with every purchase, and so should you.

As Independent Instructor, I am fortunate to know Eric and his team. They are truly lovely and kind people. Logistics and equipment for my students have never been a concern.As a diver, I am thankful for the advice and the service I received for the purchase and the maintenance of my equipment.

I paid $130 for a mask I found online afterwards for $60.I do believe retailers can justify charging more than online stores for their products, but more than double? It's a bit steep... Plus the service was not good.

THE absolute best dive shop on the island. The staff is highly knowledgable, the shop is very well stocked and they can fill anything from air to trimix. All the staff dives regularly in the area and always have suggestions for dive spots, anytime of the year.

I was served by Eric. Not pushy, super nice, very knowledgeable. One of the good ones out there. He took his time to show me all the options of masks and genuinely helped me getting the best one, also helped me with choosing the right dive computer. I will definetly go back!

If I could give 6 starts to this shop and dive operator I would! Super professional people. If you are in Montreal and either want to learn diving or very experienced or tech diver. This store is for you! They have a good stock of items, great diving courses and also run very good dive operation in Brockville, Ontario.

I would say one of The best diving store in Canada, and certainly the best in the province of Quebec.......................expertise, service, staff..............and real diving enthusiasm team...........and they all dive..................Thumbs up!!!!!!
