My experience with Danny Persad of Royal Industrial Supplies. Our Company purchased slightly over $1000.00 of a cleaning product called Citrus Boost from Royal Industrial Supplies which is owned by Danny Persad. All of my conversations were with Danny and I gave him my credit card # which has been changed. During my follow up to see where the product was I received nothing but excuses from him. He always blamed it on the trucking company and would follow up and make sure it was on it's way. Here we are one year later and no product and no money. I have spoke with him on several occasions and there is always a promise to call me back or he would correct the situation. Not sure if anyone else has had these problems.
