Called the company on a Saturday realizing that they were closed Sunday and Monday. Filled out their online service request. No response after a week. Called and left a detailed VM…no response five days later. Resolved by other means.

Victor is very friendly and an awesome worker. Once we actually received the parts (no fault of his) he quickly had our hot tub that had been sitting dormant for ten years cleaned and running beautifully. He is very busy, so be patient with him contacting you initially. He is absolutely worth the wait!
