I would not recommend this place. Yes, the prices are better then in our local store, but the service is horrible! Once I placed the order, I got stack - none of my emails were returned, no way to cancel the order (even-though delivery will take forever). We needed the shoes fast, so I ordered a pair as the advertised time getting it to my doorstep" was 2-3 business days. My order was only shipped to the warehouse in 3 days

We ordered my daughter's bodysuits and acro clothes from Johnny Brown in September and our order was shipping quickly and everything was perfect. I then decided to order a special bodysuit for Christmas as well from Johnny Brown but work was crazy and I left it until the last minute. Unfortunately the body suit I had chosen would not arrive in time so not only did Kent call me to let me know, he found one that was even better than the one I chose and shipped it with some other surprises for my daughter. My daughter was absolutely ecstatic when she opened her Johnny Brown package and we were blown away by the thoughtfulness and unbelievable customer service. We are customers for life now.

I just visited and the girl at the door refused to attend me and my daughter after we were waiting for a few minutes because. She said they close early on Fridays. I pointed out that it was indicated that they close at 5 and it was only 4:20. She didn’t change her mind. So I drived 45 minutes for nothing.

I went to this place not knowing that it wasn't a store anymore, but the staff was still very friendly to me! They actually let me try the shoes and the leotard and I bought it on the spot. Very high quality as well! The service was perfect, I think they should totally have a store as well as online services.

Great Service. The website malfunctioned and I wasn't sure if my order went through so I sent an email as our credit card was charged but I didn't receive confirmation. Kent got back to me first thing in the morning (well before their opening hours) and took the order over the phone and fixed for me asap. I already received confirmation that it has been picked up by fed ex. Amazing and fast service.
