I asked for 2 breakfast potatoes i got none. I asked for an english muffin with no meat or cheese and they gave me egg cheese ane sausage and lastly the english muffin was broken in half and not toasted!

The slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Incredibly poor organization... staff not trained... I waited 20 minutes for a wrap... they kept passing clients in front of me... and then told me the drive through has priority... then got the order wrong... then kept giving me reasons why it wasn't ready... instead of just making the sandwich!!! I spend thousands at Tim's every year... this was really an exceptionally bad experience...

This is by far the worst Tim’s I have ever been to. I think if the franchise owner cared about his reputation more than a dollar he would be more involved in making sure the customers leave happy. We ordered 3 hash browns and got none aside from waiting half an hour for our order. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience. It’s every time! Too bad because where I come from customer service is important but apparently not here. My advice…stay away!
