Really disappointed with my last purchase at Ashley furniture. I bought a dining table set and received it in Feb 2022. I noticed the wooden leg on one of the chairs was chipped so Ashley sent a replacement which is a whole other story. Anyways, it hasn’t been one year yet and two of the chairs already broke. I buy from Ashley furniture because they’re known for good quality. If I wanted cheap quality furniture I know where to go. Now I have to buy a whole new set of chairs due to the poor quality of the ones at Ashley. Extremely disappointed.I’d also like to add that customer service responds to the review and says to email whatever email that is but no one responds. Terrible.

Over the years I have bought a few big items at Ashley and they never disappoint. I needed a new sofa and I didn't go anywhere else but Ashley. The customer service is amazing from the time you make your purchase to the delivery. Leila was my sales rep, she is very friendly and worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. I am very happy with my purchase and I'm sure they'll be seeing me again.

Came by today with my husband to buy the Maggie Couch. Arman was our sales person. He was very nice, helpful, patient and open to answering all of the questions that we had about the couch. We love the Woodbridge location, all the staff there are very friendly and welcoming. The space is huge & clean. Would definitely recommend others to come to this location and to purchase from here. My daughter purchased this $300 clock as my Christmas gift 2022. She purchased it on Dec 10th. It was taken off the wall and an Ashley staff member wrapped it, placing packing material under the hands. In error the battery was not removed from the clock. Therefore the movement was in working mode but the hands were stopped by the packaging. After weeks being held from moving freely the clock was damaged. It didn't keep proper time. I returned to the store. I brought the clock, their packing materials and the corroded battery that was in it. The battery was obviously from China with only Chinese writing. Proving it was not my battery, it was theirs. To my surprise Ashleys return policy is 3 days only!! Are they serious?! I asked to check with a manager since this was their error not mine. The manager confirmed Ashley would give an in store credit only. No refund.Customer Service is critical. A good return policy will bring people back. And a bad return policy will keep people away.I will never shop here and I will let others know as well.Live and Learn. Dissatisfied Customer.

We went into Ashley's furniture over the weekend looking for a sectional sofa. They have so many different options depending on what you are specifically looking for. Spencer came to our aid and answered all our questions and gave us a description of all their options without being overbearing or abrasive. We felt relaxed and not pressured at all to actually buy something. We found a couple of options but were unsure of our measurements, so we decided to go home and measure our space before we made a big purchase. We returned the next day to purchase the sectional that fit our space and are excited for it to be delivered. Thank you Spencer and Ashley Furniture for all your help. We will definitely buy furniture from you in the future.

Beautiful looking pieces but the customer service is quite terrible. The delivery staff wouldn't take back some of the furniture but did take photos to submit. The pieces we received were damaged and getting replacement pieces was a hassle. They will tell you whatever you want to hear in the store and are super nice. Once you purchase their furniture and it comes damaged they will fight you before owing up and giving you a product that's not damaged. The store manager at Woodbridge was not good at providing any type of customer service after the fact. We got no compensation and it took 4 attempts before we gave up and kept the damaged pieces. You better hope your furniture doesn't come damaged because you really need to fight to get it replaced. In store you will be told you have the right to refuse damaged products and to send it back, but the kicker is the drivers will not take it back no matter what you say. When you call and complain they will tell you it's your fault for accepting it and now you are stuck with it. They will come fix it which is basically grabbing a marker that isn't the same colour and coloring it in. Just a terrible experience. Steer clear or be ready for disappointment...

This review is not associated with this particular store, however to the company as a whole as this is an online purchase.I honestly can’t say that I’m particularly happy with the service I received from Ashley’s. I know the bed that I ordered will be amazing, so this review isn’t about the quality of the bed, but rather the service.I recently ordered a bed that is very similar to a bed I purchased from Ashley’s around 5 years ago. I also ordered this particular bed as it showed it would be shipped approximately 10 days after the purchase date. About 6 days after the purchase, I receive communication from a representative stating that the bed would not be delivered for a month after the purchase date - noting that ‘it happens, someone else purchased the same bed prior to you and you now have to wait for the next shipment.’ Which is fine, but a whole month later? I would have selected another bed had I known this. The representative then continued and shared that there’s a cancellation fee if I chose to cancel my order, even though the reason for the cancellation was due to their inability to provide the item by the promised date. The representative then continued by saying they could provide me other options that could be delivered sooner, to which I replied that I would like it to look similar to what I purchased as I am trying to match a bed I already own. I then received images that looked NOTHING like what I purchased.Honestly, I’m just disappointed with this service. If you’re willing to wait a month for your order, then definitely go ahead and order your furniture from Ashley’s. If your timeline is more sensitive, I would recommend looking at other sites.

I have met Spencer in the store. He is very polite and welcome . He is very detailed oriented after knowing my needs. He will introduce me the store section and the beds which is more appropriated to my needs. He also is very knowledgeable. At the same, he will follow up . He even give option of payment if I cannot come to the store. He will reply my questions anytime after I went to the store . He is such a great saleperson I even met. Thank you Spencer! Really appreciated!

Our salesperson, Chan, was excellent. She was totally engaged in listening to us and finding out what our needs were and the type of sectional sofa that would work for us. Based on that information she provided us with several options and came up with the best solution for us. We bought a good product at a good price with great service.
