Completely incompetent lawyers. disclosed information from other clients files to us and refused to let us speak when we tried to warn them it was the wrong file.When we went to sign paperwork we were told to just show up. we did and we were told to come back when we had an appointment. we did and were then told we were wasting there time making an appointment when we just needed to walk in.Also gave awful advice to the executor of a families estate and as a result the estate has been mishandled for the last 4 years.

I have been a client for many years. I would rate these guys as the best law firm in GTA.

This review is simply for the public record as I know it will not change matters. I can’t think of too many businesses in the service sector that can ignore a potential client and still thrive. I guess OMH is in that unique category. In my case I was a satisfied client from a few years ago who wanted to be a repeat client. I contacted them over a week ago and no response or acknowledgement to my email and follow up calls. I did manage to get through only to be told I would get a call back. No call back. Disappointing but I get it, I’m not a lucrative client. That said, I think I’m entitled to some professional courtesy even if it was to simply tell me “we’re not interested in the business”. Have now found another firm to help us with our home sale, new home purchase and the updating of our wills and POAs.

Well, James has always been great to us. Will always go back to him for all of our real estate needs!
