Gurjit and his team are full of liars and cheats. INCLUDING THE SALESWOMAN. She knows how to be nice to your face until they have your money and the contract is signed. I wish she had better sense, or maybe better morality, to work for this place.Useless. Pointless. Garbage Service and quality.Customer service is COMPLETE GARBAGE. My family and I have waited AND CONTINUE TO WAIT for more than 2 MONTHS for them to complete their work. They said installation will occur over the duration of a week. A WEEK. Anger is not even the word to accurately express how I feel about their shoddy and shady work.Floor tiles are of terrible quality through a cheap knockoff distributor, the installers even left various chips and broken tiles at our home?? The cabinets given (not installed) look nice, but are DEFINITELY a shade off from the color we had picked at their store. Additionally, the quality seems inadequate, as if using mid-high quality pieces in their showroom and absolute cheap garbage in their installation.I will be updating this once everything is complete, in hopes that they can actually be useful and do what they were payed to do. Lord knows.

BEWAREDO NOT I repeat DO NOT hire Action Kitchen and Bath. Gurjit is such a dishonest, manipulative, unorganized, malicious and horrible person. My wife and I hired him to renovate our kitchen. He was very attentive and kind until he received our deposit. We liked him so much we referred our friend to use him as well and he hired him too. After my friend gave him a deposit he disappeared and would ignore all his phone calls and texts (meanwhile he was so responsive to my wife and I and that was because he did not receive our deposit yet). He kept delaying his project and finally when he did install his kitchen it was absolutely horrible, the material was used, badly cut, his worker did not install the kitchen properly, let alone have proper tools and left him stranded without a kitchen for 1 month. He instantly told me to get a hold of him and make sure he does not do this to me. For weeks I called his office where his staff would just say he is not available, I called his cell, I texted him I emailed him and received no response. I was getting so worried because it was less then 2 weeks and we did not yet choose any of the details he said we would choose before installation and we had given him a $6200 deposit. We were getting so nervous. Both Gurjit and his office were ignoring our calls and when we went in he was never there, we had no kitchen, my wife was 7 months pregnant who was taking care of this project as I am a full time healthcare worker and work crazy hours, he had a $6200 deposit and we had no idea what was happening. Finally when he picked up one of my wife's call he made every excuse in the book as to why he was not responding and we cancelled the project due to what he did to our friend, his lack of professionalism and communication and the fact that we knew he would not fulfill what he had promised us. He agreed to returning the deposit, but never did and it has been almost 2 months. Every day is a new excuse with him, first he has problems with his bank (any bank issue especially a business account) is resolved within max 48-72 hrs, then someone in his family died, then he asks for a letter, then someone gets sick, excuses were endless. The stress was unbearable my wife ended up in the hospital several times because of him. When a week passed after he promised he would return the deposit and he didn't we said fine if you wont refund us our deposit do our kitchen, which he stated material was ordered and cabinets were complete. We went to his office and asked to see the completed and ordered product but Nothing was ordered nor prepared, so at this point he didn't order material, wouldn't do the kitchen and won't return our moneyPLEASE listen to me, DO NOT hire this company. The 5star reviews are all fake from his family and friends. I do not know how this man sleeps at night knowing what he is doing to people.every 1 star and negative review is 100000% true of this business.Below are some photos of the poor, used quality and workmanship he provides from my friend's kitchen and his texts.

My parents decided to go with this company after being referred by a friend. Unfortunately my parents paid the upfront deposit and still have not received their Kitchen Cabinets. They don't answer the phone, they tell you a date then change it. Then the day of they say the driver is sick. It's an endless chase. Don't go with them you will never get your kitchen.

He won’t answer calls, won’t answer emails or texts. Literally took my money and vanished - did not even provide a receipt for my insurance.

I am utterly disappointed with this company. It is a wonder that they are still in business. We started our kitchen renovations in April 2022, we are now into November and it hasn't been finished with no end in sight. These people are incredibly unprofessional and have been wasting my time. I've been messaging and calling the owner and I never get a response back, he took the bulk of our deposit and doesn't care to respond or finish his work. DO NOT use this company!!!

For a while now, I was looking to get my kitchen made but couldn’t find the right company that would create what I had in mind into reality. I was told by one of my associates to look into action kitchen, since he had his work done from them and had great feedback. I went down to Action Kitchen and the service provided was absolutely welcoming and outstanding. Gurjeet brought me into his office and asked me about my plans with my kitchen, he provided me great advice along the way to give me a more efficient and up to date kitchen. After laying down everything I had in mind I can honestly say the results of my kitchen were amazing. Excellent job performance in terms of quality and services! Very honest and reasonable, definitely worth the time and money spent! Looking forward to work with Gurjeet and his team in the future. Highly recommended!
