We can highly recommend Sam`s work. He dealt with a problematic chimney in a very professional way and went beyond what we would consider to be his responsibilities/duties. He was prompt, courteous, very helpful and trustworthy. Everything was left spotlessly clean and we will definitely use his services again.

Sam was absolutely fantastic! Everything was left spotless after the sweep and he even fixed problems with the stove that I had been unaware of at no extra charge. Overall I am delighted with the job he did and Sam is a really lovely guy to deal with. I would highly recommend!

I don't normally do reviews, but the kit that Sam turned up with is great. I was worried about mess as I like to keep my house spotless, but he blocks the whole hearth up so that all the mess lands in a neat pile. He got two whole buckets full of soot out of my chimney.

Highly recommendWe have used sam on a number of occasions and have found him to be a real professional at what he does.He is very clean and tidy and expertly cleaned our chimney thoroughly.He is full of knowledge and gives good honest advice on chimney matters.Sam is very friendly and turns up when he says he will.

Can’t thank Sam enough for coming to the rescue and removing a pigeon that had fallen down our chimney. Was so accommodating to come out way past business hours hearing how upset I was with what had happened. He was professional, friendly and quickly rescued the pigeon and my nerves! Can’t recommend Sam enough. Thank you

Sam came to sweep my log burner last week and did a fantastic job. He is a very friendly, personable young man who expertly dealt with the job and left the house as tidy as he found it. Quick and clean, happy to recommend.

Sam did a longer overdue sweep of our multi-fuel stove, no mess job, and did a few checks to make sure everything was fine. Super friendly, already booked in for a sweep in 2023!

Sam visited me at short notice last week for what I thought would be a bog standard sweep. He quickly noticed that I had a birds nest in my chimney. He got to work straight away, totally unfazed. I was amazed to find that a short while later he had removed and bagged up 5 bin liners full of twigs (no wander the fire was smokey). I would not hesitate to re-book Sam, in fact he's coming back in the New Year to fit a bird cowl to the chimney!
