Ryan was recommended by a friend and turned out to be a skilled plumber and a really nice guy. He was quick and thorough and very friendly. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

In short - Ryan and their team really care, and make sure everything is right. In long - they put in an on-demand (Navian?) hot water system about 18 mos ago and made sure every thing was right (a few glitches early, promptly dealt with). We just loved their attitude towards everything, so when a few more plumbing issues showed up, we went straight back to them. Kate, who was a newby on our first ever call, came to help us out. She's great! She showed us how to make a repair if we needed to do it ourselves in the future (sorry Kate if I got you in trouble - I doubt it - not that sort of company). And, well, this is the sort of company that makes it on deserved customer referrals, and I'm happy to add to that.

Ryan and his gang are top notch. They completed a complicated plumping repair in my senior mother's house. It was done professionally, respectfully, quickly and well. They kept us up to date with the progress of the repair with photos, texts and phone calls. They kept the area under repair clean and even cleaned up after a subcontractor left a bit of a mess. Ryan happily provided recommendation of other contractors when we needed them for related work. Ryan and On Point Plumbing is a gem in the plumbing repair world (which can be a daunting and expensive one). I highly recommend Ryan and On Point Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs. He will be my go to guy for any future plumbing repair needs.

My hot water tanked stopped working. I called Ryan at On Point Plumbing and he answered and was available to troubleshoot. Gave me great advice and was honest with pricing and suppliers for install. He also followed up to see how everything was going months down the road. Excellent customer service and client relations. Plus, he's pretty funny!

This company is the best we ever used. They are not only affordable they work with you when unknown problems come up and you have to reschedule! We were going through a really stressful time and Ryan made this tank switch so easy and it was so nice to have something go our way.
