Jen was awesome. I was a little nervous as has been sometime since getting my eyebrows done, and she made feel very comfortable...and....WOW!! I love them and feel like a new person. Exactly what I was looking for.

Jen is professional and meticulous! Her brow work looks very natural and she listens carefully to what the customer ultimately wants!

I’ve lived in big cities and I find Jen is the best person that has ever shaped my brows. She is so precise and careful, and she never takes too much off. In fact she always shape my brows in such a way that they are perfectly full in the best possible way. She is also extremely consistent. I’ve never trusted someone more with my eyebrows than her. Highly recommend, even if it’s out of your way to get to her.

I am absolutely thrilled with the way my new brows make me look. I find that they tend to enhance my eyes even if I have my glasses on. They also allow me to go out without fussing about wearing tons of makeup.

In response to the review given by Tina Alexis, this was a client that came into High Maintenance to get lashes done with myself. Not with Jen .She had come in with strip lashes on and said this is what she wanted them to look like. As I do with ALL my clients we did a consult of her natural lashes and I determined I was unable to give her a mega volume set as her natural lashes were sparse and damaged. I explained to her how I had recently had a set done that were to full and heavy for my lashes. She is correct I did not give her the name of the tech as it was irrelevant and I would never talk badly of another tech. The client slept the entire service , when I was done I let her know I would only be charging her for a volume set as I could not get her to mega volume without adding damage to her lashes. She said she was NOT going to pay . I took a photo of her lashes as proof she had a beautiful full set done incase this went any further. Our store has security cameras so it was for the sole purpose of proof of work done. Her picture was never posted publicly. She became abusive to me and was asked to leave or I would be calling rcmp.She stated it was her birthday and was only passing through town. I had a bad feeling by her presence she might try to pull something like this. WOW!!! I absolutely in love with my new look.Jen was amazing and professional.She has a great eye to give you the perfect shape and shade of your eyebrows.I'll i have to say is THANK YOU SO MUCH Jen @Summerland Brow Studio.I highly recommended.

Really happy with my recent experience at Summerland Brow Studio. Jen was very professional and precise with brow mapping and colour matching and gave me the natural brow shape I have always wanted. After years of disliking my brows it is so nice no longer need to fill them in every day!Would definitely recommend!
