Called a week and a half in advance of need for backhoe service & was told they would confirm date / time by end if day. They took my address & credit card, (set the rate at $110/hr) but never called back. I called again twice and was assured they were arranging. Finally 2 days before i needed the service, i called AGAIN and was told they refused to provide the service. Unorganized and troubling. Left me scrambling to find replacement. Avoid this service.

Only bin company we use. Really feels like he cares about giving the best service to his customers. The owner is attentive and bends over backwards to help the customer complete their job to the best of his ability. Whether its sourcing material, or providing equipment to make the job easier. Not something you see in the construction industry very often.

Have used Bin Boss several times now and they've been amazing. Hassle free booking, great rate, excellent communication. Had to upsize my bin halfway through a rental period because we filled up the bin faster than anticipated and they came and swapped our bins first thing the next day.Process is super hands off. They come, drop off bin. They come, pick up bin.100% would use again and would recommend to anyone.
