Hoopla Island

SUCH A FUN EXPERIENCE!!! Liz at the check in is the friendliest person, so helpful and kind! Definitely recommend for a family fun day.

We had a fantastic time on our first - and definitely not last - visit to Hoopla Island! We found the drive out from Winnipeg to be totally worth the effort. The park is located off of the beach at Pinawa, and there are great local facilities as well, such as a monitored sandy beach (with a fun floating dock), walking trails, and picnic spots so that one can easily make a whole day out of a one hour visit to Hoopla Island.The staff were polite, friendly and vigilant. Rules were explained to everyone prior to starting and were enforced on an as needed basis during our session. The current limit of 30 people per session felt just right, as there was lots of space for everyone to spread out and explore the different elements. The two adults in our group enjoyed the workout of maneuvering through the course, and the little guy had an absolute blast flinging himself through (and off) the obstacles and slides. This was hard work for a couple of overweight adults, but an absolute blast! Life jackets were mandatory (and provided) and we definitely appreciated them after an hour of slippery, splashy fun. Parking is available for free and it was easy to find. Definitely worth checking out!

We went with a group of other couples as a day trip from Winnipeg out to the Kenora location and it was SO worth it! It was only 19 degrees when we went but didn't feel cold at all because you're constantly moving.The various obstacles range from easy to challenging and all result in absolutely hilarious moments.Will 100% be going back.

I hadn’t laughed that much in a long time! The kids had great fun! We didn’t think 1 hour was enough so booked 2 back to backs but the kiddos were done shortly into the 2nd season. It’s hard work! Lol

So much fun. Make sure you wear water shoes - better grip for running!

We had a great time with the kids. The numbers of people allowed on at any time is low enough that it is not super busy. The only bad thing was the bathrooms were rather disgusting, we opted to go home in wet bathing suits rather than change in the filth.

I loved it although it is a work out.. Great way to spend time with the kids..

A super fun place to bring the family. You can get either 1 hour or 4 hour wristbands depending on if you want to make a day of it. We went as a family of 5 and went for an hour. That was enough time for me, but the kids still had energy.... Lol

Brought my three boys ages 7-12 here and we all had a blast. Spent an hour here which was just right for us.

What a fabulous time. The staff were great, the attraction is fantastic. Everyone is tired and happy the day after. We will be back.
