Recently I experienced the Storm from hell in the Abbotsford area, beginning with freezing temperatures combined with snow/ice..instantly life changed..the sound awoke me..realizing I had lost power, then observed my power/telephone lines were on the ground under snow/ice and tree limbs, but..likely also leading to dangerous conditions..open power source..luckily..I still had the yellow pages in hard copy..a light and a cell phone..huddled in the dark..I contacted Hydro emergency 1st, then in the early am, contacted Blue Crest Electric..left message, to wit I was contacted shortly thereafter..discussed dilemma, given call-out details vs regular rates up front, agreed..soon thereafter, in horrible conditions the repairman arrived..observed, detailed requirements and after obtaining necessary electrical components, returned with an assistant in driving rain at near below zero temps around 8pm, rewired the exterior electrical box, hydro acceptor above facia and left a permit for Hydro to re-connect..I was amazed with the service/interaction and personnel thoughts provided by this chap and assistant..I even gave them a tip for the service..now, shortly thereafter, another person in distress nearby was given the name of this company for similar service, it was dealt with the same way..folks..give them a call..first class..a very satisfied customer..Thanks..Blue Crest..name withheld..

I found this company honest, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me an honest quote, explaining what would have to be done with no upselling. They took care of the permits, the work was done as promised in the time frame they stated and the cleanup was done by them. I am very impressed with the company and would definitely use them again if required and recommend them to all friends and family.

These guys were awesome. It was just a few small jobs we had but they showed up when they said they would and got them all off our one day" list. They are willing to do the small jobs and that's really hard to find. My only small criticism would be that we met them at the Langley Home Show and scheduled a call for the Monday after the show

We've used Blue Crest in the past and been very happy with their service so when it was time to hire an electrician we went back to them. In November, 2020 we asked them to replace a fixture in the stairwell (14 ft ceiling) with a remote controlled ceiling fan; we also asked them to install some additional outlets in the garage.The service from the office was top-notch, friendly and professional. I was asked enough questions so the electrician would have a good understanding of the work before arriving.The morning of our appointment I received an email with the name and photo of the electrician coming to do the work. This is an excellent idea and helped us feel more secure opening the door when he arrived.The electrician and his apprentice arrived as scheduled, complete with masks and bootees. We reviewed what we wanted and he offered some suggestions as to the best way to meet my needs. He provided a detailed estimate and, following my accepting the estimate, went right to work.A couple of unexpected challenges came up and each time they were explained clearly, complete with recommendations and an explanation of the impact on the estimate.The work was completed as discussed and the end result was better than I'd hoped.Both gentlemen were patient answering my questions and provided explanations that I felt comfortable I understood. The cleanup was immaculate and there were no surprises on the invoice.I will happily continue to use the folks at Blue Crest any time I need an electrician and have no hesitation recommending them for top-quality, professional and friendly service.

I am very impressed with the service that I got from the 2 technicians that dealt with me. They went above and beyond to explain the procedure and the work that was needed to complete the job. Right from the initial phone call to a receptionist that knew what she was talking about to the guys out in the field that knew what they were doing, this was an experience that left me in awe. And to show up in person to personally put the Silver Label on was definitely above and beyond. Thank you very much.

Great company. Everything was done on time and clearly planned out first. My new Tesla wall charger went up and looks great. The new hot tub is also running great that they hooked up.Definitely recommend this company.

Had Blue Crest Elec come and do a couple jobs at our house, very happy with the job they did.Both techs were friendly and knowledgable.They explained everything well and were tidy and organized in the workspace.We have one more electrical job to do next month, and I will be calling them to come do that job as well.Satisfied and recommended.
