Horrible service would not recommend to anyone else you want to wait hours and then have him respond to find someone else right on dude great customer service

The cab came with his daughter so there were only three seats, and we are a party of four. He told us he'd drop his daughter off at his house 10 minutes away and be back.~25 minutes later the hotel saw us waitiny in the lobby still and called him: he got angry that we had four people and didn't tell him and said we had to call another cab. Now we have to wait another 30 minutesWe've been waiting for over an hour for a ride. He shouldn't have come with his daughter as a passenger, unbelievably unprofessional (especially with the pandemic ongoing). He didn't even call us back to let us know he wasn't returning and cost us a lot of time and headache. We have seniors with us. This was really unfortunate.
