Healthy grass fed beef without antibiotics and hormones makes this excellent meat. There is a wide variety of beef cuts from which to choose and I have not been disappointed in any of them. The meat is delivered frozen and packaged in butcher's wrap, not plastic -- a definite plus. Home delivery is convenient.
